I rarely get very constipated and it usually resolves itself. I recently started on a GLP-1 and didn't hydrate myself or get my fiber in one week (wasn't feeling well) and I didn't go for 4 days. By the 4th day I felt the urge but was so blocked up that nothing would move. I cannot describe the pain that I was in. I did a "rush order" and got these from Amazon in a few hours. Honestly the first one didn't work and I know it was because I was so stuck at that point. A few hours later I did another dose (I wasn't going to wait another 12 hours or whatever it is-I was on the verge of taking myself to the ER) and somehow fell asleep. I keep these in my medicine cabinet for when my husband has times he cannot have a BM. He had had to be hospitalized for this condition and it’s not pleasant what can be done to someone in this situation.So far it’s kept him from the ER! It’s quick and effective . Easy to use and works quick!! It is gentle and very reasonably priced. I’ve had to recommend these to other family members before and they had good results also.

I use these before and after my Colon surgery. Sometimes I have trouble starting feces coming out. This helps and I can empty so much easier. Simple to use no cramps etc. Doctor told me it was safe to use. No side effects for me. Tip is oily to help with insertion.

Purchased this for my spouse, not entirely for medical reasons but sanitary requirements per se. It works within 15 mins or so, she said it was good but too powerful with lasting effects. So, do not assume use one, and use bathroom once and it is done. It was like waves. She claim to be done, about 20 mins later she ran to bathroom again. According to her, no painful cramps or harsh movement but movement. So, it is not like plug and play sort of deal. then again, if purchased for medical reason, I could easily say, this will move you.

Awesome relief in a small package! I keep them in the bathroom drawer by the toilet just in case.
