It’s not super shiny, but not flat black either, a very slight gloss

Drying time? Need to do multiple coats.

Its a pretty viscous coating, so I would plan on 2-3 hrs between coats to be sure.

Does this do a coating for jewelry pliers tips?

It never shows up…. I’ve been waiting for a month for it to show and it never does. Finally had to call to cancel the order.
