Will this revive bone-dry nail polish? My polish is not even clumpy, it's 100% dried out.

I revived my FIRST nail polish that I ever got, from the 1970s...It was 100% rock solid and after about a week of adding some thinner and letting it sit and make its way thru it, it came back to life, just as it was originally. ..I have never ever thrown out a polish, because of how well thinner works!

Can it be used to thin gel nail polish?

I don't use gel but I don't see why not. You'd have to soak cotton and wrap the nail like normal.
