I really needed some B complex and this was the perfect item to get especially that is it easy to open and use and taste great and did wonders for my blood count!!!

Works to dose up my dark chocolate I make and seems to be a quality product as described , if you are leery of taking too much cut back to 1/4th dropper, B6 has potential to help with things like Carpel tunnel and metabolism, when I first found this in another brand it was no argument it worked. IF you don't move much or train, you won't tell much of a difference. Get moving this helps.

First of all I would like to say that this is the BEST Vitamin B Complex I have ever taken. For all of you claiming it tastes nasty or looks nasty you are ridiculous. Also, read the instruction on how to take them, it’s 1ml not one drop. Most things that are any good for you are usually unpleasant. I have taken liquid and those tablets that melt in your mouth for better absorption and honestly never felt a huge difference. I knew I was taking them and assumed they were benefiting me somehow but never really saw a dramatic change in my life. This vitamin however, changed my LIFE!! I will be recommending this product to everyone I know and even on Facebook and Instagram as I believe everyone who has a busy, non stop life should be consuming this in order to live to their best potential. I eat organic food, I drink my teas, I take my proteins and collagen, I exercise and have never felt this great. Day 1- I felt fine not really any different except maybe a little more upbeat. Day 2- I was on fire! I am a stay at home mom that also works from home and takes care of 3 children (ages 7,5,2) I cannot afford help, which means... I cook, clean, wash, homeschool... you get the point. I NEED energy to survive! I had no idea how down I was regardless of all of my efforts. I was shocked. Again, day 2... I competed my 2 kids homeschooling, cooked and prepped food for the next day, cleaned my 2 story home, organized my kids rooms, did laundry and while they were napping ( I usually nap as well) I was working out for the first hour and then folding laundry, which I then put away when they woke up. I couldn’t believe the amount of energy I had. Now, I did knock out hard at 9:30pm and slept like a baby. Haven’t done that in years either :) Day 3- just a continuation of day 2!!! I originally bought it for my husband last week and he wasn’t taking it so I decided to take it even though I was taking an oral spray of B-12 already and by day 3, my mother and a cousin were swinging by my house to try this and get their daily dose. I am now going to see what vitamins I can get for my children from this company as I have experienced first hand the amazing effects it has had on my body and soul. AMAZING product! Thank you!!! I’m 37 years old and I feel like I’m 16 again, running cross country and living life to the fulllest!

I chose this liquid B-vitamin because of the first positive review. I tend to choke on big capsules, so I needed a liquid, which is also better absorbed. I felt more energy right away, which I need at my age of 72. I don't understand or agree with the negative reviews complaining about taste and texture. It's a vitamin, not Kool-Aid! I squirt a dropperful on the back of my tongue and swallow immediately, and there's no after taste. If there is for some, so what? Chase it with water or tea, etc. The focus should be on the benefits, so grow up. I do agree that it shouldn't be labeled as a B-Complex, since it doesn't contain all the B vitamins, and I'll probably switch to a complete B complex after I finish this bottle, but for now I have a better sense of well-being and more energy, and I'm satisfied with this product.
