Works good
This little tools works good.I have a CDL and I wanted this to carry with me so I can easily check tire pressure and depth. It’s very lightweight and feels a bit cheap but so far it’s working great and I like it because it’s small enough to carry easily.

Needs greater precision
It would be a keeper for me save for two shortcomings, which I'll get to later. First, the positives:1) The display is great...large numbers and excellent contrast.2) It's very compact, especially compared to so many other options out there.2) Given the proportions, I was expecting to have a hard time getting a good seal on the valve stem, but it seats tightly and my hand doesn't get in the way.3) I actually prefer lithium batteries vs. alkaline for something I'm going to store my glovebox and use infrequently (it takes two CR2032).Now for the negative aspects:1) It only reads in 0.5 PSI increments - I have a finicky TPMS so I need 0.1 PSI precision. It would sometimes read an even, sometimes a half - it's hard to tell if that's an accuracy issue, or a rounding error with actual values balancing near the middle.2) The depth gauge was about 0.3mm short compared to my digital calipers and seems to read even lower on the 32nds scale - when my digital caliper calculates out to about 3.7/32, this depth gauge will register either 2/32 or 3/32.

Tire depth not accurate
I have micrometers and both say the first unit I received was 5mm off. I asked for a replacement and it was 2mm off. I'll keep the 2nd one as its close enough, but the manufacture should do a better job calibrating their units. The pressure gauge aligns with my other gauge so it appears accurate. The light is a nice touch.

Frustrating and doesn’t turn off???
I’ve loved these products since they came out. I’m an estimator at a body shop and we have to measure tread depth all the time. The ones I’ve had in the past worked so great I would buy them for all my fellow employees. This one is trash though. I have the reset it to the 32nds every time! There’s a completely useless light on the side that does nothing to help because it stars on for ten minutes and kills the battery which is half the price of this thing. I wish I could find the older red version again without the stupid light. This product sucks
