I wear size 8 shoes and ordered the size 7-8.5 insoles. They fit my Allswifit Walking Shoes perfectly. These inserts are good replacements for the factory insoles after they have worn down. These insoles can extend the life of shoes and are as comfortable as the insoles that came with the shoes. I highly recommend this product.

Bought to use for my daughter’s football (⚽️) boots. She is men’s 8.5 and these cured (??) a pain she was getting from outside of her planting and turning foot. Got another pair for her back up boots.

The product itself is pretty good as it has pretty good cushioning, so I like that part.However, what most people say is true. These run on the smaller size of the range rather than on the larger size of the range. I wear New Balance 608 4E (extra wide) size 8.5. I bought the 7-8.5, and it was just slightly short of the front of my shoes. Because of this, there is this awkward gap at the front of my toes that I can feel.I then bought a size up 9-10.5, and it fits pretty well (maybe just slightly bigger, making the inside of the shoe ever so tight). I regret not buying the 9-10.5 off the bat.I did notice that the front end of the insole on the under side, the material has already cracked, which indicates poor material to me.

Very soft and thick for durability

Most shows nowadays do not have good cushioning and for myself it is critical that there is ample cushioning due to the amount of time I am on my feet and the activity I do. These fit nicely and provide outstanding cushioning.

These seem durable but not particularly cushy. Great for walking, but really not cutting it on the pickleball court.

My son wears the inside of his shoes out and these fit perfectly in his size 7 shoes and they feel great.

The best insoles I have found. Fit exact to size and are not too thick or too thin.
