I love this product! I use it in the products I make and sale in my boutique, such as my lotions and soaps. I also use it to do my boys and spouses hair. They all have dreads. It keeps the moisturized and not greasy or heavy on the head. It's last a long time. Can be used on body, hair, and many self care products. Nice and smooth. Works great on growing there hair! Not to mention the smell of the mango is just perfect and not to over barring

If you are looking for premium quality mango butter, you will not find any better than this. It was wonderful in the beauty products I made. Highly recommended. It is a great value and provided a fantastic texture to the projects. It is being used for skin care items. It is not super thick like wax but maintains a nice moisturizing feel throughout the day.

I got an email from the owner notifying me that my order was shipped. Then a personable second email about a week later checking up on my order and the product. All-around great company great product and I even got a generous coupon towards my next purchase.Just a few things to mention:The packaging the item comes in is not reusable therefore I transferred the mango butter into a mason jar.The mango butter has no odor.It's extremely smooth.I used it to make my own homemade deodorant, recipe is below. ( this Batch is doubled, so if you want to make a single batch cut everything in half)2 tablespoons of unrefined virgin coconut oil2 tablespoons of organic beeswax2 tablespoons of mango butter--- I put all that into a glass bowl and I set it on top of a sauce pan with some water to make a double boil pot. Let the water simmer under the glass pot until all of the oils and butters are melted.--- turn the heat off, then start adding second batch of ingredients, see below :1 tablespoon of Arrowroot powder1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil--- mix together until well combined--- then start adding 40 drops of your essential oil's of choice.--- I did 10 drops of thieves, 10 drops of lavender, 10 drops of lemon, 10 drops of Teatree oil. These oil's have multi benefits to them therefore , those are the reasons why I picked to use these specific oils in my homemade deodorant.This whole thing makes shy of 8 ounces.I cannot guarantee that any other mango butter will be as good in a recipe as the one from this company. As the mango butter makes the whole thing great.

I used this mango butter to make lip balm, which I make every year for Christmas gifts. Last year I ordered a different brand and when I opened the bag, it had a strong rancid smell. It was the first time I'd ever used mango butter so I wasn't sure if that was normal or not. It was too late to get more so I made the lip balm, hoping the essential oils in my recipe would mask the scent. Unfortunately they did not, and my whole batch smelled bad.This year I used this brand and was so relieved and pleased to find it had NO foul odor! It had only a light, pleasant scent which did not overpower the recipe. It also had a silky, moist texture that was perfect for my lip balms. I highly recommend this mango butter and will not make the mistake of purchasing any other brand again!

I wanted something a bit more solid than shea butter to make a moisturizing bar. The photo shows a solid bar, but it is in fact quite grainy and gritty, so it came in pieces. I melted it in the microwave, and added a bit of coconut oil and a few drops of essential oil and poured it into a plastic mold. It's still gritty and doesn't hold together. Also very hard to rub in as it takes a lot of working with to make it soft enough to rub into the skin. It is nice and moisturizing, but very hard to work with. I will probably use it in the melted state, and won't get any more once I've used it all up.

Works well, have noticed improvements in my skin softness. Great for homemade body butter

This is product is great . It doesn’t smell bad, it moisturize and natural product.If you have really bad dry skin you can try it but you will still have dry broken skin ..from my experience I noticed before I was I put on thyroid medication my skin was still dry . I also tend to bath in hot water so maybe that was the cause too but even when I didn’t have hot water to shower in I still had dry cracks skin . But when ever I put the mango butter on my skin it did moisturize really well it wasn’t as bad . You can still see I had dry skin though.Now after the medication my skin really responded well. I didn’t have much dry skin it moisturize the whole day and my skin looked great. You can no longer see the cracks on my skin.Keep in mind this is natural product so if that’s what your going for it’s great.Típ : you can empty out the product into a container and put it over hot water . Once it’s melted down you can store it i the fridge for a smoother consistency.Packaging was open in pretty sure the lady who delivered it open my package to see what is was but at least you the product itself wasn’t open or messed with .
