No, Sikaflex Mortar Fix can’t mixed with paint or any other colorant. Once cured, it is paintable, and will adhere to the cured polyurethane - based sealant.

Do you really have to wait a week to paint?

It really would be a good idea but it depends on how thick you are going to apply, as it does take a while to dry on the inside.
