But, what is cool is I think they are helping my hair. I've been on them a few months and what surprised me is my eyebrows are definitely fuller, so it's likely I'm having some hair growth as well, which would be nice as I have baby fine thinner hair. I'm a skeptic about EVERYTHING but I can't deny that my brows have grown fuller. I see more fullness that I haven't seen in years. Ladies, if you have been through menopause you need to be taking Alaya! I am 64 years old. When I shower there used to be a bunch of hair in my shower, no more. When I brushed my hair there was a ton of hair in my brush, no more. I even notice a ton of new hair growth! I even notice the wrinkles on my face are much better! That is with 1 bottle!!
