I'd seen these on the Web but had been reluctant to buy them as the huarache style lacing looked a bit gimmicky to me. Glad I took the plunge. The lacing system works really well, allowing the fit to be dialled-in. Great first run in them. These will be my go to running shoes. The upper is a bit more reinforced than I expected, but that should help with the life when I hit the trails. Great ground feel and exactly what I'd hoped for.

Finally a pair of barefoot shoes with a decently wide toe box and zero heel stack that don't look like gimp shoes
