Very well made
I actually brought this for another bag that kept slipping. Turned out that bag was not good with a heavy load.Now using it with a flat holster type sling bag over my chest. Works just as advertised.Has a really good shoulder grip too. 👍🏾

Well Made Pad.
Perfect for my over-the-shoulder bag. I use a cane, sometimes a walker. I recently got the bag but its strap had no padding. This pad attaches with a zipper, instead of Velcro which I like being a daddy to 5 long haired cats, Velcro catches and collects cat hair and dust. This pad is a great value and very well made.

The zipper is hard to zip, but once it’s zipped, it’s ok.

So easy to add a shoulder pad!
I have not used it yet with loaded luggage, but this pad fit onto my duffle shoulder strap without having to make modifications. Just set strap in and zip it up. It is padded and wider than my strap so it's perfect!

The Dimensions are Perfect, but . . .
. . . as I saw one other reviewer state - there is no cushion here. I didn’t want something so wide or bulky that it was hard to grasp, so I ordered this anyway. It was only about 1/2” thick because the thickness added by the zipper. So basically there was the layer of canvas and the lay of anti-skid material. If there was a third layer it was not discernible and would not satisfactorily cushion your shoulder from the strap of a heavy item.A friend pointed out that a zipper is probably not the best design choice as it could snag on clothing and scratch or rub on skin. She is probably right.I gave this the 3 stars because it was well made, such as it was, and had good, smaller dimensions.

Just what my janky old satchel needed
This keeps my satchel strap from sliding down my shoulder. The rubbery’ish nubbies keep it in place so I don’t have to shrug and cuss.

Getting the right size
It came on time just before my trip. I like the width it fits the shoulder strap perfectly. the thickness of the pad will make carrying much easier. This is definitely a winner.
