These are the best tasting powdered eggs, hands down. They mix easily and cook right up. I love that they do not add anything to the product besides eggs. I only wish that either the price was more affordable, or there were more product in each bag. The bag says that it makes 5 servings, but they are calling 1 egg a serving (2 TBSP). So this bag makes only 5 eggs, for about $10. That's $2 an egg. Most people eat more than 1 egg at a time. So this is a really great product, but it just is too expensive for me to use on a normal basis. I do, however, love to use it for camping or in our emergency Go Bags. In those cases, the small size makes it convenient for travel.

Disappointed. I have had powdered scrambled egg products at buffets, etc. I never really minded them as much as some people. I only eat eggs scrambled and the occasional omelet. My other use is exclusively baking, adding to stirfrys and for coating purposes. I have had trouble finding smaller sized packaging of whole pasteurized egg products in the stores. Even though a dozen fresh eggs last a decent time - with my occasional use so many end up bad so I prefer the pasteurized liquid ones. And certainly less messy.These did not blend as easily as I hoped and also, I would have been hard pressed to get a decent serving size of scrambled eggs or an omelet. For camping, emergency use, etc. I guess these have a place. I won't purchase this particular one again though.

It would be nice if they were cheaper, but these are the best ones we've had for camping.

These powdered eggs exceeded my expectations. They taste like real eggs.

Too expensive for the quantity, less for the price you pay.
