Very happy I found this on Amazon
Fits the queen mattress well, along with the 4 " pillow topper under it. Each side is nice with it's own control. Other reviews complained about not having long enough cords for the Left and Right controls. I don't agree. After the cord comes out (on each side of bed) from under the elastic on the pad, there is plenty of cord to go to the side of the bed and the control sits nicely on the side tables on each side of the bed. If your bedside tables were far away from the bed, it would be a problem. My tables are right next to the bed.I set the temp on 4 or 5 a few minutes before hitting the hay, and the bed is nicely warmed up. I've had it about 3 weeks now. I put a mattress pad on top of it, and then the contour sheet. That way I don't feel that it will have to be washed. The mattress pad can absorb perspiration instead of compromising the lovely heated pad. AND, if now you have trouble getting your tight contour sheet over all of this, I just purchased an awesome set of sheets from Amazon that are super deep pocket and fit great. Best sheets of my life, and I'm 70. I just have to put the sheet listing in here in case you want the best sheets of your life:CALIFORNIA DESIGN DEN 5-Star Hotel 600 Thread Count 100% Cotton Sheets Set - Soft & Smooth Queen Sheet for Bed with Deep Pockets, Quality Beats Egyptian Cotton Sheets and PillowcasesWow! super quality sheets, and they fit over all this extra stuff we put on our beds these days.

So cozy!
I have a labor intensive job so heating pads and Salonpas patches are some of my best friends. I decided to splurge and try out a heated mattress pad to help my back out, and honestly who doesn’t love climbing into an already warm bed when it’s freezing outside? One of the things I love about the mattress pad already is how deep the pockets are- it fit so perfectly on my mattress and has a nice cushion over the wires so when you’re laying on top of it, you truly can’t feel any wires.I love that there’s two separate plugs one at the head of each side of the bed for the controllers, but I do agree with several reviewers- I with the controller cords were a bit longer. They’re super short and with a fitted sheet on top, they don’t have a ton of room to move or keep on top of a nightstand. Otherwise though, the bed heated up quickly and it feels like a dream! Loving it so far. Will update if I run into any issues!

Best mattress pad I've owned
Compared to my previous Sunbeam mattress pad(which manufactures the lion's share of mp's on the market under different nameplates) this pad is definitely warmer, the heating wires are undetectable thru the fabric but counterituitively the pad is thinner than Sunbeam's(the box seems only 2/3rds the size of my queen Sunbeam's). I don't need to set the heat level above "1" living in the Mid-Atlantic but preheat it to 3 to have it toasty warm when I slide into bed, one of life's small pleasures. The only caveat I have is this pad(like practically everything else these days)is manufactured in China and came with a VERY generic instruction manual. There is no manufacturer's address or contact information anywhere on it, not even a company name! The last page just says to contact Amazon if you have a warranty issue so it's almost like a generic Amazon product. Although the warranty is supposedly for 5 years we'll see if that's actually honored & how well this pad lasts over the long haul. But based solely on how well it functions straight out of the box I have to give this a 5* rating. Very toasty & a very comfortable pad.

Good heat. But bad timer system
The mattress heat pad works great. But the timer has issue. First: the timer setting is 1 hr, 2 hr and 10 hr. What about a 3 hr and 5 hr? Second: when the power goes out then comes back on, the timer defaults to highest settings. 8 heat and 10 hr. So every time the goes out (for even a second). The heat stays on for 10 hours. A big waste of energy

Amazing to get into a warm bed and this unit allows you to use a timer to turn it on/off.
I have had heated pads in the past and found it frustrating that the controllers could not work with an timer. With this unit/controller you can turn it on and plug it into a plug timer so it turns on at 8pm and off at 11pm. I also love the fact that it started with the highest temp as that is what I want with the timer.

Cozy and Comfortable
I looked a bed warmers for days. We've had two others; they last for8-10 years it seems. This had all the key features I wanted like dual controls, the connection to power was at the head of the bed, the controls light up so you can see the in a dark room and it was certified by UL or equivalent. We've been using ir for about a month, works great.

Nice quality
I bought this because I hate cold sheets in the winter and I am not a fan of flannel sheets. I was lucky and the pad arrived right before a cold snap in Jan. It worked out very well. It goes into the washer and dryer without an issue and we put it back on the bed about 2 weeks ago. My husband will set his side to 2 or 3 and leave it on all night. I set my side to 8 and have it shut off after an hour. We have no issues with the cord length. I can't imagine ever sleeping in the winter without a heated mattress pad again.

Packs some heat
This is great - I love that it has 3 different time settings and 8 different heat levels. It warms up fast too! One feature I would change is that most of the heat is distributed at the top of the bed and around a person’s back area, while not as much towards the feet. For someone who has cold feet a lot I would’ve loved to see more even distribution.
