ThePhonak packs I purchased on Amazon have the same appearance, Called WaxTrap2 with the reference # 098-0382I hope that this information is helpful.

Is this item the Wax Trap or the Wax Trap 2? The Item model number matches the Wax Traps I have, but the photo shows Wax Trap 2 (which I don't want).

I purchased this and it is named "waxTrap" without the no. 2 on the package. The reference number on package is 098-0326. I used with phonak Audeo Q. Hope this helps.

Good item for the price, I am very satisfied

This is just right for saving my nose from my cpap mask, the cpap store wants $20 for one but said it will last 4 to 6 months. It came off during the night and have not been able to find the little sucker, lol there's 5 in the pack for way cheaper than the other one I got. I'm on my 2nd wk and it is doing it's job.

Wrong size

I was not aware that these hearing aid things come in different sizes. These proved to be too small and the part that stays with the hearing aid was always falling off and sometimes staying in my husband's ear-which certainly didn't help the situation any. The clue to the correct sizing is in the color of the case. White are miniscule. My husband needed the blue case size, which we fortunately get through the VA at no cost to us.
