Love that they have roller and are perfect for storage under the beds. Very durable perfect for storing clothing.My dislikes were that I ordered twice. Unfortunately two of the totes were demolished after shipping. My thought were the weather was so cold and the rough handling of the product. Not due to manufacturing. So sent back and reordered.I ordered a second time knowing I would love them. The second order came and a wheel was broke off and plastic around the wheel was cracked. So disappointing. I took a picture sent to manufacturer and they replaced the tote within a few days. Will definitely purchase again but I will wait until the weather warms being I feel the totes get handled so roughly in cold weather that is the reason the original order was cracked. Even though they manufacture labels handle with care. I feel they just get tossed around being they are a large shipping item.

We received this bins in perfect shape, and think they are great and function well especially for the low price point (when compared to similar storage bins). My only complaint is that although they fit under our bed's frame, our beds (king and queen) both have metal support beams running down the center, and they are too low for the bins to roll in as intended. To use, we roll the bins under, then rotate so they are running lengthwise along the bed - we can fit two in this way. If you have a low bed, be aware of this central support beam, and what clearance that would allow.

I'm trying to make the most of a limited amount of space and I got these to slide under a bed. One of mine came with some of the plasitic cover over one of the wheels broken, but the wheel itself works fine. Slides nice and easy in and out. I haven't put anything that heavy in there, but the one with two violins and a telescope is holding up perfectly fine. In the others I've got papers in seperate boxes, a foot bath, etc. None seem to have caused any weight issues. Because of how high my bed is I'm not using the lids, so I can't attest to them one way or the other.My cats also give five stars to the smaller cardboard cover used to protect the item when shipping. It is their favorite spot to sit in the whole house.

These work great for under bed storage bins...they roll easy and hold a decent amount. They do seem a bit on the flimsy side so I would not just be tossing heavy stuff in them from across the room but with care they have been working fine for me. Good value for the money.

I like this overall. It packs very nicely, can see the stuff that was packed. Love the wheels, though side handles are a bit flimsy, pop-out. But can pop them back in. Will definitely recommend, this is a storage persons dream. I have used it for wrapping papers, decorations, throws, baby-keepsakes...etc. Great Product and it's not too heavy to move about and they are also stable on top of each other.

They're storage bins nothing extraordinary ,so I'm sure they'll work fine. However, I'm leaving 3 stars for 2 reasons.1.) 1 of the bins arrived with 2 broken wheels, which is disappointing considering the fact that the wheels are a feature that I specifically sought out and was willing to pay extra for. 2.) It appears that this is a recurring issue and has yet to be fixed. Perhaps if more thought went into the packaging, then things would be smoother. Instead of simply using flimsy cardboard corner protectors that will disintegrate with even the slightest pressure applied.

Perfect! High quality. I was expecting a cheap knock off, but they are the real deal. Sturdy and I love the dual sided opening so I don't have to pull the entire thing from underneath my bed. Shipping was super fast.I received them sooner than items I ordered the week before.And the customer service? I wish I could say that they were helpful. But since they were perfect to begin with, I had no need to call them. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

These rolling, underbed storage units are super roomy, easy to pack and then place and then pull back out from under a bed it's ridiculous. They fit under our 8 1/2" space perfectly and being clear they are easy to see inside. We are super happy !
