I bought these for the doorway leading out to the sunroom.I was prepared for them to look cheap. After all, I have four large dogs that will be going through them. However, (see pictures) I was totally amazed at how beautiful they are! Especially for the price! They are perfect for what I wanted them for. I bought two, along with the suggested tension rod.

I have been searching for these to dress that passage between the front room and the rear dining room (like the old homes of my youth with a sitting room in the front and dining in the rear). I didn't want hippie beads or glitter or an intense design. This style is perfect.I bought four (two for the front and two in the rear). They reduce glare from the sunnier dining room through to the front room. They allow air to pass through (but present a bit of a barrier to hold in the AC). These are not grandma's hand made lace curtains, but they look good and cost a lot less. (Not a stiff "plastic" like old doilies but not "paper lace" either. People will get close and touch them and when you tell them how much they cost they will want to know more!)Careful unpacking needed (slowly unwind from "bolt" and lay out on the carpet - like a picnic blanket). Curtain rods with clip hooks on rings made these easy to hang and to open/close. The color matches the trim so well that you can barely see them when opened. Strings can be trimmed easily.Do not place near a fan or other rotating motor. Not for pets or other ankle biters.

I’d been having option anxiety with regards to window treatments for the dining room in our new place, so I ordered these because they were so inexpensive and figured they’d work temporarily until I made up my mind about something permanent. They are so unique and offer pleasing filtered light that I’ve grown attached to them. Note: They don’t offer much in the way of privacy, but could go over blinds, I suppose. Use as a room curtain would look splendid (if you don’t have a cat...)

Really beautifully simple but yet adds a flowish touch to the house.

So great! We ordered this for our Witch-mas party (yes, what you’re imagining is true). We used them to separate our dining room from the other rooms (cuz how do you summon the spirits of Christmas without lace curtains?). We ended up liking them so much we just left them up. I used push pins and they stayed up fine, but Im also lazy and not fancy.
