This thing is awesome!The quality feels real nice and the red color really pops. My only minor complaint is it takes HOURS to charge. Like... 3-6 hours depending on how drained the battery is. In perspective, I know it's a big battery, but my laptop and tablet can both charge in under an hour. But... it is what it is. It seems to hold its charge well and and serves it's purpose well. I like that there is a battery level indicator and two charging ports. Very handy. And of course the price can't be beat for the size and features.The quality feel is the most outstanding thing so far. It feels heavy, but not in a cumbersome kind of way; but in a quality kind of way. The case is high quality aluminum and the paint job looks fantastic! The USB ports fit tightly when plugged in. The battery LED indicators are very bright white. They blink when its charging and indicate how far in the charge process it is. It will get a lot of use when I travel next week. I've charged my iPhone 6s at least a dozen times from 50% to 100% and there's still about 40% left on the battery. I absolutely love it!11/02/2019 - UPDATE!I still love this battery. It can charge my phone from 50%-100% several times and can charge my iPad Pro from 0 to 100% once. The charge is very fast.I've left it unused for a few months and it still has a full charge on it. I bought this Poweradd external battery for in the house power outage use. This year due to weather conditions we have several power outages in my house. And I realize it is very important to buy one of the external battery for emergency use. I chose this particular one because of its size, it have lightning charge feature, and battery consumption indicator! The size is slim, I bought it the gray color it looked very high end and the its very well made. The charger has two usb plugs, so it can charge two phones at the same time, and one of the usb plug is lightning charge! can charge one device very fast! There's 4mini lights near the usb plug. If the all 4nights are all on that mean the external battery is full of charge, and when its in use, it could go down to 3light, 2light, or even 1 lights. If only one light is on that mean its almost time to charge the battery. I always charge this battery in full and put it in my kitchen for emergency use. When there's power outage, I not worry anymore my phone always will have power!

I bought this is March and by May it doesn't hold a charge and has stopped working. Super disappointed.**Updated review** The company is sending me a replacement battery for the defective one I received that stopped charging. I have not yet received it, but when I do, I will update my reviews stars to 4. I appreciate any company that stands behind their product.*** I have received the replacement product and am not having any issues with this one so far. I'm hoping this continues and this battery isn't defective like my last. I originally reviewed one star for the product being defective and not charging after 2 months. I am updating my review to 4 stars because I really did enjoy the product before it stopped working and am happy that they stood behind their product and sent me a replacement for the defective one. Their customer service was excellent and professional.

This is incredible! It'll charge my phone from 0 to 100% more than 3 times before it needs to be charged! Perfect for travelling. Took it to Turkey, Greece, Italy, the beach... Everywhere! Never had any problems going through security. It's been a lifesaver time and time again. I've had it for 2 years and it's still going strong. Please buy this! It's also great if you want to not be hooked up to a wall charger around the house. Take with you to picnics or any outdoor activities. It charges quickly too! It will charge to 100% in under an hour. Perfect gift for any occasion.

Love this portable charger bank! It hold its charge a long time even in the heat & cold. I’ve bough 4 or 5 of these for family members who camp or travel a lot! I wish it did have a power off button, I think it automatically turns off, I have not figured out how long til it shuts off though. I also wish it had a little light on it too. My other charger has a light which is nice. It was too slippery, especially when traveling so I bought this black non slip thingy off amazon too! It’s perfect now!

Over 3.5 years of excellent quality. I just started to notice it’s not holding a charge like it used to. But I got my money worth. This item is solid. It’s been AROUND & still in great shape. As usual w something like this, it’s not going to last forever. I never expected to have it this long. I’m here looking for my next poweradd external battery. Upgrade from 10k to 20k.I’m a nurse & work 12+ hour shifts. I LOVE this battery & never go to work (or anywhere—I frequently use it while out shopping, etc...) it’s a little heavy but it fits in my scrub pockets along w my phone attached & all the stuff I keep in my pockets. If I was Oprah, this wd be one of my “Favorite Things”

This is NOT a fast charger. It does not charge @ 3.4A. They are LYING in the title. After I wrote a review about this problem, they had it removed AND reported me to Amazon.com! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! It has 2 separate OLD generation ports that charge a 2.4A and 1.0A. It's useless if you have an up-to-date phone.

Package arrived promptly and I was very excited to start using it, as I'll be flying the following month. My intial thoughts was that it was brilliant in style and it was a sleek design, however all that changed when I put it on to charge...The power bank did not want to charge, even though it was clearly heating up the adapter (I was using the Apple Head, which states 5V/1A) I am very frustrated and I'll be emailing customer service soon.----------------------------------------------------------------UPDATEI am really satisfied with this company, as they were able to promptly rectify the fault on my powerbank. 5 stars for them as they semt me a newly working powerbank. 👍

Took this to Disney world to make sure we could capture all moments without the phone battery dying. Worked incredibly, charged my iPhone 6 multiple times without needing to be charged itself. I like the fact you can use your own cable so I could have it charging whilst still using my phone with a long cable.

Good value, takes quite a long time to charge an iPhone 6 from 10% power to fully charged.

Not had this long but it works like a dream so far - I've already used it to charge my Samsung S8 Plus and my old IPad. Received item the next day - within 24 hours of ordering. J'ai cette batterie externe depuis longtemps maintenant. Ça va faire deux ans je crois. Et franchement, elle fonctionne très bien. Alors oui, depuis il y en a eu de nouvelles sur le marché, sûrement plus performante avec même parfois des charges rapides mais celle-ci reste très utile malgré tout.Je l'ai utilisé pour des trajets dans le train, des sessions de jeu en extérieur et elle n'a jamais fait la tête. Même si la charge peut paraître lente pendant qu'on utilise le téléphone, elle permet au moins de le garder à un pourcentage stable et faire en sorte qu'il ne s'éteigne pas. Sachant que la batterie garantie au minimum 5/6 de charge, c'est top.Si vous cherchez un produit qui dure dans le temps, en voici un!
