I really love Pedialyte. I naturally lack a lot of electrolytes, so I tend to cramp up often. My doctor recommended I increase my electrolyte intake, and Pedialyte has been a lifesaver. I usually mix it with water since it’s very concentrated, and it tastes great that way. The new sports version seems fresh on the market, and it’s surprisingly good too. I buy a lot of Pedialyte, and it truly helps me manage my condition. Thanks~Martika

It easily replenishes the electrolytes your body need to function at it's highest. It also helps hydrate people who are dehydrated.Months ago, my uncle in Alabama was admitted into the hospital diagnosis showed he was seriously dehydrated, we discovered all he drank was juice and soda. No water.. I sent him a case of these Pedialyte sports drink and he dranked these like he was in a desert. After a lot of research, this electrolyte drink won overall. It hasore of the "stuff" to really hydrate you. I walk the golf course even when it's close to 100 and this drink has made a huge difference in my stamina and also my ability to stay focused. I highly recommend it.

Adult.If you’re reading this you should already be familiar with the taste of Pedialyte. If not, please research. It’s salty. I love it. ❤️I’ve tried all the things. Pedialyte Advanced Care is best but this sport has added mag and slightly less sugar. I’m finally at the point of watering them down a bit.If you’re opposed to the taste of Pedialyte in general this is not going to be different.The biggest issue here is cost.If they could do advanced care or sport with less sugar and no dyes with their magic electrolyte chain formulation then I wouldn’t complain about the cost… I might still complain but not as loudly.Efficiency and hydration is great- quality great. Significantly helped me vs other electrolytes for several years; however this largely depends on what your individual body needs!!!

I was thrilled when I found the berry flavor in the Sport variety! If you choose Pedialyte for electrolytes, only the Sport variety contains the three main ones: sodium, potassium, and magnesium. Plus a few others. I was drinking the berry flavor in the pedialyte advanced variety until I realized there’s no magnesium in there. So I’m sooo grateful I found the blue flavor in Sport! The stores don’t carry this one in sport, only the red and yellow. This is my favorite, followed by the red Sport. I also love mixing the both!!

Healthy and tasty. So many of this type of drink is not very pleasant. This one has a good taste and I feel better soon after drinking it. Good stuff!

I buy these all the time at work or from Amazon. I drink it when I've had a long day in the heat or sweating out. Also, when I'm sick, great flavor and excellent for you.
