Can i apply sunscreen immediately after applying this?

Would recommend applying it at night, you can either apply it as a massage oil where you massage your face and rinse it off with water or keep it overnight. Skin repair happens during the night, so best if you apply at night. For morning it might be a slightly heavy oil before sunscreen.

Is it used for 3 years girl on face?

Don't use this on little girl...since it is Safe but there skin is not developed thats why use only baby soap
