Better late than never

I have purchased multiple color combinations of this label tape to use in my Dymo label printer. They all work perfectly producing a perfectly printed label. The backing is reasonably east to peel and the adhesive adheres very well to various clean surfaces. Some of the labels I have used are nearly 2 years old and are still fully attached and the printing is as good as the day they were printed.

Essential for any DYMO Label Maker. Perfect for labeling most items, use this mainly for lableling Network hardware and cables.

The manual for the LM260P claims that these are the preferred label cartridge for the unit. Sadly, the first such replacement label cartridge didn't work for me. I could hear the motor trying to move the tape, but nothing came out of the slot. This is with an almost-new unit (purchased December 28th, 2013) which received very little use, never dropped, and on a freshly charged battery. I sent s aupport request to Dymo, and was told by Brandon how to do a factory hardware reset for the unit. For anyone else seems to have a dud replacement label cartridge, try these steps: 1) Take Out the Batteries and any connection to power. 2) Hit the Power Button 20 Times. 3) Replace the batteries (with new ones) 4) Power on the unit. I didn't bother with a new battery, but did everything else above. Everything works fine now. Hopefully, anyone else with this issue can save a little time. Five stars for a various nice product overall, -1 star for having to contact tech support, -1 star for waiting 2 business days + weekend for an answer, +1 star for having the right answer on the first try. Overall, I think my next label maker will be a Dymo.

Working perfectly with high quality Fast delivery

I bought the genuine DYMO product because I go through them so infrequently and even after sitting without use for years it still prints like new. Unfortunately, I had trouble getting this new cartridge to work right. Though I think I just wasn't installing it quite right. There needs to be more detailed instructions for installation. It looks self-explanatory but pay attention to how it sits on the actual printing area. I actually scheduled this to be returned as defective but eventually I got it to print correctly. I wasn't able to cancel the return, so I ended up paying for both.

I'm one of those super organized people. I have labels all over to keep things orderly and so I can find what I'm looking for. Until the day when I couldn't read my writing. I had used chalk marker and it had gotten smeared. Oops. The label maker now keeps that from happening. The tape is sticky enough to hold in place and yet if I change the box contents it peels easily. The writing is clear and stays put, no smudges. Just what I needed.
