This is not gluten free, it contains wheat & soy products. I bought it because I thought it was wheat free for the Keto diet & only made with flax, but that is not the case.

No. It’s ready to eat. We highly recommend roasting it prior to consumption.

can you confirm this bread is Keto?

This is the worse bread I've ever had, it's horrible.It also isn't what it shows online the slices are the size of a cracker. Don't buy ,So disappointed..
