It's working perfectly. I don't dislike anything about the laptop condition.

I ordered the laptop in Sept and finally received a refund from Amazon in January. This company did everything to stonewall my refund. They do not play nice! Get your laptop from someone else. I understand if a refurbished laptop has issues, but the company should have been responsive.

The laptop was good, BUT I have to change it because I buy this laptop Grey and coming black one.

I do virtualization, development and media work with this ultra portable device.

Not able to log into the laptop. How could it have been “renewed” or inspected for its condition of no one could log into it except someone from VillageMD, from whence the laptop was obviously returned? I cannot trust that this seller is faithful in its representation of renewing laptops.

The keyboard keys were malfunctioning and the laptop was not clean, indicating a lack of thorough inspection. I ended up returning it.

Not what I was looking for

Refurbished laptop computer came without the original box and does not have any instructions or manuals with it. The power cord came wrapped up being held with packing tape. Not the best packing job but my purchase came in perfect/nearly perfect condition. It was in a sealed USPS bubble envelope, with around 3-4 wraps of bubble wrap. The box was filled with packing peanuts on top as well as on the bottom of the computer. I knew I was getting a refurbished computer and kind-of knew what to expect. Just wish it would have come a little bit more original as the factory would have boxed it. At least the manual would be great. Also, it does come with the manufactirers warranty. Other than that, I am pleased with it overall. With the performance or what the laptop is best for......School/College Work mainly. You can play some games on it, but I wouldn't recommend anything online, like Call of Duty or Fortnight. It is fairly fast and does have a great picture. Very pleased with the picture and touchscreen.

Diese Firma ist nicht gut, Finger weg. Sie werben mit Produkten in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und schicken Ihnen einen völlig anderen Artikel in schlechtem Zustand. Habe einen Platin-Laptop in ausgezeichnetem Zustand bestellt, auf der Quittung stand sogar „Zustand – Neu“. Habe einen verkratzten und verbeulten schwarzen Laptop in schlechtem Zustand erhalten. Ihr Kundenservice sagte sogar, sie hätten nur Klasse C mit Schäden … aber sie bieten trotzdem einen in ausgezeichnetem Zustand auf Amazon an. Das ist eindeutig eine Lockvogeltaktik, da sie nicht die Absicht haben, Ihnen das zu schicken, was Sie bestellt haben. Sie hoffen, dass Sie die schlechten Geräte behalten, da sie keine guten haben, das ist eine Lüge. Fehlende Füße, überall Dellen und Kratzer, ein Splitter an der Seite des Bildschirms und Tasten in der falschen Reihenfolge, wo sollten die denn sein?! Wenn der Preis zu gut scheint, um wahr zu sein … ist er das auch. Vorsicht, Käufer.

Pc perfetto, ma attenzione all'immagine di tastiera, che ha il layout British!!!

ho comprato questo prodotto come ricondizionato (come da descrizione) dopo anni è ancora in mano alla famiglia ed è estremamente utile per lasciarli fare vari compiti "da ufficio" senza dovere cedere il mio che è a volte occupato (e più potente) oggettivamente per usi più complessi il prodotto è inadatto... ma sapendo questo lo ho comprato ed è perfetto. non ha mai lag, windows hello a volte funziona troppo bene e devo coprire la fotocamera per cambiare account ma in genere è fantastico. poi ha 16GB di ram che suppongo aiuti.

Che dire sembra nuovo se non dire, e’ nuovo!!! Nessuno sgraffio niente di niente, schermo perfetto tastiera idem, solo che e’ la versione inglese della tastiera, cio nn significa che non c e l italiano ma che i tasti sono un po spostati, preciso solo alcuni tasti, ovvero la @ e alcuni simboli ma non cambia niente, basta inserire che la tastiera e’ inglese regno unito e fine. Batteria solo 110 cicli quindi nuova!!! Bellissimo!
