Good idea but needs some design changes
The concept of this device is good, but there are shortcomings in the design. 3D printed parts save production costs in low volumes. However, there is a weak area between the ball joint and the laser enclosure, mine just broke off while gently making adjustments. Positioning is difficult, mine ended up near the door mechanism to be usable, but the vibration as the door moved changed the positions of both sides so no longer lined up. The device needs to be on the centre line of the door, otherwise lateral position is only accurate on one spot.
