Nice smell training kit
This kit is packaged very nicely and I like the concept of the smell jars. The oils themselves are stored in individual glass vials, not plastic vials, which should help the aromas to maintain their integrity over time. You open the plastic smell jar and pour a few drops of each essential oil from the glass vial on to the paper lining its own dedicated smell jar. This method of doing things should ensure the kit lasts a long time and that the smells have their full strength for each use. I smelled the scents myself and they are very potent to a person with a normal sense of smell. I purchased this for someone who had a GI issue and had lost their sense of smell and taste, but unfortunately they were not able to use it long enough to see if it worked for them.

Best smell training kit
I lost my smell and taste from covid last year, and bought a different smell training kit, which wasn't working. I was getting pretty frustrated that my smell/taste wasn't fully coming back.I figured I'd try this Smell Project training kit, and it was a game changer. I could instantly smell the essential oils and it's helped me regain my smell/taste.I think the key feature and reason why this smelling kit is superior to others is the smelling jars. Enclosing the essential oils in the jars really does create and aromatic release of the essential oil scents, allowing your smell neurons to recognize the smells much more effectively than other smell kits with scent tubes.I'd definitely recommend this smell training kit.

The Smell Project Kit
I’ve used The Smell Project for 2 days so far and I can smell the fragrances somewhat.. I’m sure it will take time and I should be able to smell them better as time goes on.

THE VERY BEST OUT THERE! 👍
I lost my smell and taste about 1 1/2 years ago. Nothing to do with Covid, just another perk from getting old. But it’s hard to explain the impact it has had mentally on me. After seeing a doctor she recommended I try teaching my brain to smell again by using 4 different fragrances.I was shocked to see that Amazon offered several products for this problem. I did a lot of research and picked The Smell Project. In my opinion it is the best! It comes in a really neat package ready for you to use. Four small jars, four small vials of essential oils (rose, lemon, eucalyptus and clove) and a smell log are all lovingly packaged in a heavy duty box. There are excellent directions on how to dispense the vials of oil to the little jars as well as how to do the smelling and daily logging.I highly recommend this well thought out product to anyone who has lost their sense of smell. I hope it works for me.

The essential oils are not particularly good
I had Covid over a year ago and my smell has only come back about 30-40%. After a visit to an ENT doctor, I decided to try smell retraining therapy. I was disappointed that there wasn't a better selection, but this kit seemed the best out of what was offered. The kit comes with four essential oils and four plastic jars. The purpose of the jars is to capture and hold the scent--you place a few drops on the lid and seal it back up. My biggest complaint about this kit is the quality of the essential oils. The lemon and clove are okay, but the rose is not good (in fairness I've never liked the smell of rose lotions, etc.) and the eucalyptus is downright nasty. I don't think it is because my sense of smell is off. My husband also said it's nasty. It's convenient to have everything in one box. However, my suggestion is to purchase four high-quality essential oils, four small plastic jars and you'll probably end up spending less than what this kit costs.

Unlike other kits, these don't actually smell as they should. Oils are not well-prepared.
I bought two different smell retraining kits. Both have the same 4 smells in them, but in this kit, these oils don't actually smell anything like what they are supposed to smell. The jars themselves just kind of stink, if they smell like anything. In my other kit, the smells work perfectly and my retraining has been going well.I don't recommend this kit, in spite of the other kits "Not being reusable".Works Once > Reusable failure

Not for my issue but helps
After I bought this it was discovered that I actually have an oversensitive sense of smell. Everything stinks. I've spend a fortune on scented candles and wax melts. This does not serve my purpose for that was supposed to. The owner was honest about it. I just picked out a couple of scents I like and leave them on the end table or by the bed and they work pretty well. The Rose is especially good.
