I purchased a queensize bed from a lady, and when I was setting it up I found that she did not have the center support legs that were supposed to screw into the slats. Luckily Amazon had several options for an item that I had not idea existed before this experience. I was concerned about purchasing these because the photos seem to make them look spindly and fragile. When they arrived I was quite relieved to find they were substantial.They were easy to install. We just marked around them onto the board, including the screw holes, and drilled some pilot holes - quick and easy.Make sure you measure the distance from the floor to the frame/slat before ordering - and then order the correct size. I don't suggest ordering a smaller size so that you will have to extend it as far as possible. That will just be asking for trouble.I like that the foot or bottom has a plastic glider to prevent damage to flooring. So far these are doing a great job!

I have memory foam mattress that sits on a thin wooden platform board. If you have one of these, you know what I mean. The mattress and the board sit on wood slats for the bed. The slats began to sag under the weight. I tried using a block of wood standing on its end as support but it kept slipping. This metal support solved the problem. However, you might need three of them to really do the job right. I used one of these in the center and then cut a table leg to size for the other slats on the ends....I was being cheap. The wood legs worked, but more effort than it was worth. I wish I had just bought three of these things

If the height you need is between 10 1/2 and 11 1/2-12 inches, you will need to cut an inch and a half or so from the very bottom piece where the foot is. A very easy fix. These work like a beast and makes everything firm with a lot of support when spacing two of them out. Very good product and value.

These are a life saver for holding up the floating bar that comes with Ikea bed frames. You don't even have to screw them on they just slide right into the bar underneath and fit perfectly. Sturdy, height adjustable and is keeping the bar in good shape so it doesn't ever begin to sag. Would recommend! Comes with 4.

I needed to bolster a 30 year old bed frame and these legs worked perfectly! They were easy to install and the height adjustment was perfect for my needs. It turned out that I did not need the additional extension but I was quite happy to have the option. These supports are sturdy and easy to install!

Broke after 2 weeks

we bought a cheap-o bedframe for our queen size bed, and the middle supports are made out of cheap plastic. predictably, they each proceeded to break. rather than pile cookbooks under the center board to support it indefinitely, i found these on amazon. they're extremely easy to install, and adjust easily. very happy with my purchase.

This product is false advertisement, the real measurements are 7.5-10 or 14 inches there is no adjustment for 10-14 inches. Missed return window, very unhappy.
