I originally got these for post-surgery recovery and have ended up using them constantly ever since. During my reduction recovery, I used a mastectomy pillow with little pockets, and these packs fit perfectly inside. The fabric kept them from being too cold or too hot against my skin, and it made a huge difference in staying comfortable while healing.They’ve also been great for keeping groceries cold on the long trip home from Trader Joe’s. I line my cooler with one on the bottom, two on the sides, and one on top, and everything stays cold the whole way there and back. They don’t melt fast and even when they do start to thaw, they don’t leak or drip water everywhere.I also use them on the back of my neck a lot. They stay flexible and don’t turn into frozen bricks, which makes them great for headaches or just cooling down. I’ve used them both hot and cold, depending on what I need. Sometimes I’ll use a cold one on my neck and a warm one on my feet to help regulate my body temp during migraines, and that combo really helps.I’ve had these for almost two years now and they’re still going strong. Definitely worth having around whether you’re recovering from something or just want a reliable hot/cold pack that works.

Ok so I saw my partner was using it for neck issue and when I saw it I gasp and said to myself I need to get that for this summer 2025. Turns out this is very refreshing and comforting. Also helps me with my mood. It takes while to be delivered. Coolness last about 20min. I love this I wish they make it with different color so I can style with my outfits.

These were perfect for lower back pain. They fit that area perfectly. I placed them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and they were the perfect temp for placing on my lower back. I have used them to wrap around my ankle. Made very well. Would definitely purchase again

I used to have gel packs that I loaned out and never got back. I thought these looked similar but they are smaller and thinner than my old ones and do not stay cold as long as I would like nor do they cover my knee as much I need. However they are great for my neck which I am supposed to alternate hot and cold. Once the cold wears off I toss it into the microwave. I am still going to have to order heavy dutier ones for an upcoming knee surgery but these will still be used. I just wish they would stay cold longer.

This wrap helps with pain relief and coverage. I like the fact that the wrap itself is like a towel and feels good around my neck. It is not frigid which is good as that would not be good for the neck. I highly recommend.

just what I needed… I’ve used this type of cool packs for many years. I messed up my back and realized that my ice packs were deflated and had seen better days… hopped right onto Amazon and found these… they arrived the next day and after a little time in my freezer I was getting some relief! Getting a pack of four, I always had a ready pack…

10/10 these were just what I was looking for. They got cold in one hour and stayed cold for a long time! I would definitely recommend this!

Concept right but i felt the width of the ice pack could be wider and more effective.
