The pocket size portability is wonderful. Being able to record my musical ideas on the run, while listening to some musical inspiration on the player is fantastic! The little screen is helpful for organizing my songs or pictures and the 4GB memory is just enough for .mp3 and .jpg picture files. The only little flaw is the audio output jack. Because it is the heart of the player, I believe it should be made out of stronger material. My sound started cutting out after just a few a months of use. Now, I can barely get any sound at all unless I hold onto the jack connection a certain way. That is what turned this "Great Little Player" into one "Great Big Flaw"! If only the manufacturer could get around that problem, it would be one of the best little players around.

I brought this for my mom for mothers day. She actually loved it! She's not too much of a high tech person- but according to her, she loves it. So if she's happy, I'm happy. It came just in time also-great shipping time. :)

I have used this mp3 player at the gym at least 5 times a week, for about two hours. First one lasted and held its charge well about 9-12 months, and the one I'm using now for about 3 months works perfect. If you can buy this mp3 player for 10.00 or under its worth the price 100%.

I bought this product new thinking it would be a good deal. First of all, it was really late getting here. Then, I followed the instructions for charging it. It wouldn't charge because the battery in it is from 2012 and it's a poly-lithium battery (the ones known for exploding.) I was able to download music to it and play it on headphones when it was plugged in to the computer. However, when you unplug it, it will not turn on because the battery is dead and never charged. While it was charging it got so hot that I thought it was going to explode, so I disposed of it. I did not want it in my house if it did decide to explode. Now I know it's only 10 bucks and what did I expect, and all. So, now I have been swapping e-mails with the seller for what 3 days now. They won't give me a refund because they want a picture of it. I told them it got so hot charging (or not charging,) that I didn't feel safe having it in my house. I would not recommend this product to anyone and I would encourage everyone to read reviews before purchasing anything from sellers on amazon. I really don't haver a clue as to how to operate this item properly. Therefore, it is a bit hard for me to evaluate it. I chose it because it was kind of inexpensive. I won't use that criteria for choosing a product again. "Cheap" is just what you get.

It takes a very long time to upload music. Does not interface with iTunes. Windows Media Player is ok, but the instruction booklet is humorous to read because it clearly is ESL. Shuffle doesn't work as advertised and I gave up trying to crack the code on how to upload a playlist. All I can do is navigate to a song alphabetically, and then it picks up and plays in alphabetical order. With no playlist functionality that I can get to work, the device is pretty useless to me. I stopped using it because of functionality. Sound is ok. Battery life so-so. Didn't have any reason to try video but the display is small and low resolution, so likely results wouldn't be worth the trouble with only 4GB to work with. Save your $18-$20 and buy something other than this.

I really love my MP3 Player I bought from another Seller's account and I have nothing negative to say about it.

THis Mp3 player is a good mp3 player for a starter. the only problem i had was getting back and forth between my menus.
