Works the hands well, but I did need to find a YouTube video for exercises. The red gives me a decent workout; the blue is pretty tough.

What can I say, it’s what the pros use. I use it everyday because it really helps not only with strengthening my fingers but more importantly increasing circulation to help alleviate arthritis symptoms. You can change the intensity of the exercise by using the two colors which are different resistances, and of course if you expand the finger distance wider it gets more challenging. This way you can adjust the intensity to your own preferences or needs. It’s a solid recommendation for those simply wanting an increase in dexterity. The build quality is excellent and works well in a daily routine where a time commitment is low. I have been going to physical therapy for several weeks and they had me doing 3 sets of 10 with this exact model. I couldn’t believe I found it on Amazon. Why did I buy it? I need this to continue my exercises while traveling for work I also use it everyday at home. I can honestly say I wish I knew about this product years ago. I can’t recommend it enough.
