Poor customer service
There was discoloration of the latch a few weeks past 90 days from purchase.The best they would do was 10% off on a $89 latch assy (+ shipping). The trunk was $240.Buy it elsewhere.

Should've bought it sooner
I bought this for my Victory Cross country, and it worked like a charm, looks like it belongs to. The tour pack was the only part of my harley that my wife missed. Now I have to get it painted and reinstalled.

No pre drilled holes. You have to measure and drill each hole. The screws for the light bar on the rear strip out. Every one of them. Missing pieces to attach luggage rack and light bar. No instructions Worst thing I’ve ever bought on here

Be prepared to assemble, drill and provide the hardware yourself..
I would not have ordered if I'd known, I had to drill the lid for the luggage rack and the back rest pad. I wanted what I saw when I ordered it. A COMPLETE assembly, already assembled.

No instructions! Be careful when drilling holes.
As far as the pack itself is concerned, the pack is ok. Quality is good for the price. For the price I didn't expect OEM quality but the tour pack doesn't come with basic instructions or disclaimers at all. There are four indentions under the lid that would lead one to think that is where the holes need to be drilled for the luggage rack. Wrong! The luggage rack needs to be layed out on top with masking tape traced and them drilled. Two of the indentions under the lid actually lined up with the rack but the forward two don't. Would have been nice to have some basic instructions explaining this before I drilled holes and two were in the wrong place. Seller was not willing to work we me on the issue. You definitely get what you pay for.

It was very nice and perfect! Well the first one was flat black, second order was gloss black which was great! Then a third one was sent unexpected but sent two back to dealer, waiting on refund now
