Very good quality fabric, very comfortable. Based on reviews i went for XL (I'm 6ft weighing 235lbs) and it fits very tight which is what i was going for. So most of my weight is me belly area and chest so the fitment XL is perfect in my opinion. The only issue i have with it is the top part fits a bit loosened but i can live with that. I added my weight and height hoping that piece of info can help someone else with choosing their size.

Before you buy check size chart but fits great and helps me sweat more to lose my weight faster would highly recommend it if you trying to lose weight

I really didn't believe this vest would be any different from any other belt I brought in the pass. But, I was wrong. I brought a XXL at first and after 3 weeks, I had to buy a XL. I lost about 15 pounds and I really believe it made me lose some inches from hugging me all day. I don't even feel me sweating when it's on. But, When I get home and take it off my under shirt be damp from sweating. The best thing about the vest, I can wear it under my work shirts and no one knows I even have it on. It give you a natural look. Not bulking at all. Great product.

Material is nice and well made. The measurements are very off! I usually wear a 3x in shirts and the size chart suggested a 5XL. I ordered the 5XL and it's VERY snug around my stomach but extremely loose on my chest and back. It's also very long. I'm 6ft and it goes well past my waist.

Does what it's suppposed to do. For reference, I am 5' 10" 205lbs with bmi of roughly 25%. I got a size large and it fits me withoit issues. It feels tight, but that's what it's supposed to do. It's supposed to be tight so you sweat in it.It's also not a miracle tool. Yes you lose more water weight when you wear this. It elevates your heart rate more for a more intense workout. But this alone does not make you lose weight. It's a tool.
