Celtic Sea Salt, Light Grey Grinder, 3 oz White

Like the flavor, but the grinder needs a little work.

This salt comes from the Mediterranean Sea. It's lower in sodium and higher in minerals and why it has a grayish look to it. It's slightly wet, that's normal. It has a richer taste than my Western U.S. table salt. The grinder produces a coarse grind. I haven't tried putting it in a grinder with a finer setting. This grinder top is removable to refill. My first grinder was barely doing its job by the time the bottle was empty. Looks good my current bottle will make it to the finish line. I'm glad the tops are removable. If not for cleaning the last one, I definitely would have lost some of the salt. For that reason I wouldn't count on these grinders handling refills. How I use it is taking advice from other consumers. They claim cooking with it didn't have a distinction worth the cost of the salt. I agree, compared to other salt, that would be very expensive. That's why I gave it a medium value rating. It's 5 star rating relates to it being a healthier salt with more flavor.Bon Appétit

I dont agree with refund policy. I understand it cannot be returned but they should stand by their product. This grinder not only doesnt grind and no salt comes out,the salt is wet!! I should recieve a refund or replacement. I bought this to save money on a larger bag. What a joke!No not only do I not have salt but Im out the money and its not cheap! Thanks.

I love the selina naturally celtic sea salt. It's very expensive but has the highest mineral content of what I've researched. I use it for just about everything. I buy a large bag of the salt and put it in my grinder. I recently dropped the bottle and it broke, so I ordered another. I hadn't considered the grinder itself would've changed since I last bought one in 2021. Unfortunately it did, and it's VERY frustrating to try to get a decent amount of salt out! It makes minutes to grind 1 tsp of salt for a recipe.Many regular salt grinders don't work for celtic sea salt due to the high moisture content. Now I wish I would've tried saving the previous grinder lid.

This salt tastes great. It isn't overpowering and doesn't have an aftertaste. The grinder takes a few spins to get the salt to come out, very fine, and it works great. This arrived with a lengthy expiration date. I use this salt on many different foods. A great alternative to table salt.
