Lacoste Men's L27 Low-Top Sneaker

This is why:My love affair with Lacoste shoes began when I was around 15. Way back in 2007 I stumbled upon a pair of shoes on Lacoste's website that I thought were the best looking shoes ever, but I didn't want to gamble on them before getting to try them on (plus I hadn't ever made an online purchase at that point in my life, which is ironic because like 80% of my purchases now are online).Fast Forward to 2008: On my way back to the states from a family trip to South America we had a stop in San Salvador. Surprisingly, the airport had a Lacoste store and lo and behold the shoes I was looking for. I tried them on and the rest was history.To date, those are my all-time shoes. They took a beating and withstood anything that came their way. Absolutely top-notch. I got eventually moved on after they showed their wear (but no tear), but nothing I bought subsequently, although very nice, never matched up. So, when I saw this pair, I just had to get them. These are a close 2nd to my all-time favorite pair. The quality is right there and the appearance might actually look better. I get tons of compliments on the style of these and I love the comfort. I also wanted to mention that these are much better than the similar looking converse shoes, in terms of quality of materials used (I own both). Lacoste is a high-end brand, and at this price point, these are an absolute must buy!

The shoes are of excellent quality and seem to feel more sturdy than a pair of Converse. These shoes go excellent for casual use and bring a bit of class with the Lacoste Alligator Logo. I usually wear a size 14 when wearing my Nike Free Run, unfortunately the size I was looking for in the L27 was not available so I had to settle for a size 13. Despite this, the shoes still feel comfortable, they're a little bit small, but that's my own fault. So they do come true to size.

I bought a pair in blue to see how it would fit, feel, and hold up. No complaints here! Even ordered 2 more pairs in different colors.I wear a size 11 to11and half Nike sneaker and ordered these in 11. Being that they are the old style tennis shoe, I wasn't sure if it would run too small or more likely too big. They fit perfect. Snug enough that your foot is not flopping around and just enough room so that your feet are not cramped. You might have to use a shoe horn the first few times until they break in properly.The material is soft canvas and more or less matches the L.12.12 polos in color.

I have very large feet, so I expected that they would be a little small for me. In fact, they are perfect!My old Converses were 8 (US) and I bought these Lacoste in 8,5 (US) and they are as comfortable as my old converses.Moreover, they are easy to wash (I clean them everyday...)As I live in Canada, I'm very happy not to have to return them (shipping cost is almost 50$ to ship from USA to Canada).Finally, they smell very good and the black color (I chose the black version) is really dark.I made a good choice, I'm sure.However, it's better to use a "enfile-chaussure".Recommended to everyone who loves Converses and crocodiles.

Overall the sneakers have a great look and a rather smart look about them. Only slight negative that I can share is the shoe has a little too snug of a fit right on the big toe ball joint and causes the area to bring sore causing the shoe to become uncomfortable and painful to wear. Hoping this will subside w/more wears allowing the sneakers to be more wearable.

very nice quality and super light comfortable

initially I had a difficult time wearing them because they are a little small. I ordered 9 US M size which I always find accurate but not with these. However, after few weeks of wearing them now they fit me much better and I really love how comfortable they are and find myself walk much faster so saving a lot of time :) Thank you so much for making these great shoes!

I got this item for my son, it is so well fitting and so well done as well. He found it more comfortable that other ones of prime brands such as Polo. It is important to point to the fact that the price was excellent to what we got.
