Gambled and failed. Stiff, not much bounce, and short spring action.
I bought these when the price dropped below $30 and took a gamble. I teach elementary PE and I have other pogo sticks (Mavericks) and they are better. This Razor I wen't off the reputation of their scooters. This pogo stick is really stiff (I'm 180 lbs. and it was stiff for my weight). Also, the bottom portion does not go down very far to allow much bounce, which it seems like it goes down several inches less than my other pogos. I do like the folding handles/pedals which does allow easier storage if it matters to you, which it does for me when I have multiple pogo sticks.

Not good for young kid
I bought this pogo stick to my dear nephew who is 7 years olds. He was excited when he just received it, but after few minutes, he was not happy anymore. This pogo stick is too hard to him for use. Maybe, it was not design for young kids. Only the good thing: the construction of pogo stick is sturdy. It is not easy to break. If u want buy it to ur children, u need to make sure ur children has enough power to make it work.

At first, this pogo stick was a little stiff for my 85 lb, 10 year old son. He even knocked the inside of his knees a few times. But the more he jumped on it, the looser it got, and the less he hit his knees. He jumps everywhere, from the house, to the car, even down the stairs. He's given me a few scares, but he loves to jump on this pogo stick. Well worth the money!

Good quality
Better suited for heavier kids, but my daughter likes it. She's 9 and weighs 79 lbs so I didn't want to get her the other brand which goes up to 80lbs. This will last her a while. Only complaint is that the metal pole bruises her by her knees from knocking her. It's strong and good quality otherwise.

It is very sturdy. My children are within the weight limits of this product but they can barely move it. I definitely would recommend it for the upper end of the weight limit.

Check “WEIGHT” requirement!!!
The pogo stick itself is reasonably priced and CERTAINLY QUALITY material!! The PROBLEM is in “description of product” there should be something advising you of a weight.. UNLESS I OVERLOOKED IT!!! it takes a lot of weight to get the feet place things down to engage it to bounce !! Another words my “11 year” old daughter is tiny she’s weighs 55lbs if that and it’s really hard / near impossible for her to use it because she can’t / not heavy enough to engage the mechanism for bouncing!! My son just “9” is much heavier 65-70 lbs average size and able to use the pogo stick! She is upset and doesn’t bother with it because she has to jump and work so hard to get pedals down to bounce it causes frustration and she don’t want to be bothered!! Be careful upon purchase your child “IS HEAVY” enough to make it “go,” “bounce..” otherwise they aren’t able to use it..

Sturdy but hard to jump for young kids
I gave this product a 3 star only because of the spring pressure of the item. My 10 year old, almost 70 lbs can barely jump on this. The spring is so tight, I am guessing you need to weight quite a bit more to get it to really jump well. He used it twice and gave up. Otherwise, it is a sturdy, strong product.

Pogo Fun!!
My son is in love with this toy! He's very active so I love it too! It's square body makes it different then the old relics, pretty cool! My only set back is it's really tight...it takes a while to actually break it in to be able to bounce consistently.

Almost zero travel for 80lb kid.
Looks and feels like great quality except my 80lb boy can't get it to budge. It says 140lbs max but it takes at least 100lbs to get any bounce action.

Good quality
I bought this for my Grandson and he jumped on it right away. A very solid pogo stick that I would jump on myself if not for the fear of breaking something! He uses it outside and more often than not leaves it there. Like any child's toy the novelty wears off but last time I looked it appeared good as new.

He was really happy with it
My son just turned nine so this is what he wanted for his birthday. He was really happy with it. He is about 65lbs. It has great bounce not to stiff. It's a really nice one. I would recommend this pogo stick to others.
