Good product with major problem (Updated)
Updated from 3 stars to 5 since their customer service team promptly sent a replacement and I haven't had issues since! This is a decent product for its price, except for one major issue I had that made it unusable (see my tragic tale below). I probably gave it too many stars because I really want to like it and most everything else seems good about the product.Pros:-Great price-Very portable and light-Perfect size for travel-Easy to set up and use-Comes with multiple adapter cables-Brightness response time is fine for office workCons:-Has to be plugged in to be used (no internal battery). Although, you can just plug the USB power cable into your laptop-Stand is a little finicky and only has one angle to set the monitor at. This can't be stood up anywhere other than a stable flat surface.Major con:-Not durable, lasted 2 weeks before breaking.I travel for work and carry this in my computer bag so I can set it up at my hotel room desk. This worked great on my first trip and had me feeling hollywood movie hacker working twice the speed any normal human should perform at. Delusions of grandeur quickly crashed back down to reality as on my second trip after only 2 weeks of owning the monitor, the screen broke. This sent me back to using the just the laptop monitor like the one-screen peasant I am.It put the monitor in a thick laptop case and then in my protected computer compartment of my computer bag. I have been placing multiple laptops here for 2 years and have had no issues at all. When I took the monitor out from the bag, the screen was broken as shown in the attached picture. I assure you that I am very careful with my bag and didn't drop or bang it.I realize this anyone reading this will think something like "look at this idiot that dropkicked his monitor and is acting surprised when it broke". But I really feel like treated it with the respect that the newborn tech baby deserved from it's proud new gadget owning dad... In case I really am just an abusive negligent father, I ordered another one to give it last try. I can only hope it lives a long and fulfilling life, unlike my goldfish in Kindergarten that my little sister removed from the tank so she could "take it for a walk". That said, since this is a PORTABLE monitor it I think it should be at least somewhat close in durability to the laptop I use with it.

Story time: User error & great customer service
UPDATE: I bought this end of November. Reviewed it in March with negative remarks (see below). Customer service reached out and diligently sought to resolve my issue. It took weeks because of my work schedule and the time difference but they answered every question. Helped me understand what they diagnosed as the potential problem and still offered to give me a full refund or send a cord that could assist me. I opted to receive the cord bc I do like this portable monitor. It is lightweight, fits into my backpack and I like how it worked for the two months I used it.I am very happy to share that the monitor works great. It was user error. One cord is for charging the monitor. The other is for connecting to your device (in my case a laptop) to display. I thought one cord can do both. And maybe, technically one cord could, but my usb-c port wasn’t displaying and charging the monitor. They sent me an hdmi cord and it’s been sweet as sugar ever since.Thank you KYY for diligently working with me .Unfortunately, I cannot return this monitor. It was working nicely in December and January. The screen image is not the clearest, but that is okay because it is portable. Very slim. Not heavy at all. I tend to travel with two laptops and this screen. They all fit into my north face backpack and the weight is decent but not unbearable. All of a sudden, I notice that when I plug it into my laptop it doesn't automatically light up and sync anymore. Today, I am pressing the button on the side to "turn on" the screen, but nothing.

Good Monitor, Poor Stand
Just got today so this review is based on first impressions only at this point. (Will update the review if warranted). The Good:Very easy set up and very crisp, clear, sharp display.TBD:Color tones and resolution settings are different than my laptop. Color is blueish, and resolution larger. But hoping I can figure this out by playing with settings more. Also, per other reviews, it does seem cable-heavy, but I dont anticipate traveling w/it so that's not a big concern for me.The Bad:Stand is not stable. There's a magnetic side that attaches to the back of the monitor, and grooves to set the bottom of the monitor in. Very much like an iPad cover but, unfortunately, nowhere near as effective. The magnet is not that strong and the grooves very shallow. So, every time you basically touch the monitor the whole assembly/set up falls apart and you have to manipulate it back in place. This may seem trivial, but the entire purpose of it is having the convenience of a quick, easy 2nd monitor and having to wrestle w/setup every time seems like it may become tiresome.9/18 Update: Just upgraded this review from 3* to 4*, based solely on the seller responding to my review above. She expressed apologies in a detailed reply, and then offered suggestions, potential solutions and assistance. It was so impressive a response it alone warranted this edit. (The stability is still a bit of an issue, but I've learned to work with it. )I've never seen such a
