I love this pad! It fits well and is easy to put on my mattress. I have a 10" pillow top mattress that has a deeply quilted surface. I can feel those bumps while laying on it unless I have a thick mattress pad on top of it. I already have a mattress cover for dustmites on my bed, so this one was needed to smooth out the surface and make it more comfortable. It does that in spades. It doesn't seem all that thick, but the loft is enough to correct that issue. It is very well made and a bargain at this price. It feels very soft and comfortable under my sheets and I never want to get out of bed! I'm sure it would fit on a thicker mattress or even a thinner one. It is just like a fitted sheet, so you might end up with more or less fabric under the mattress, but it will fit without leaving excess fabric at the sides. It is 100% polyester, fits in a top loading washing machine without overstuffing it, it will not shrink. I washed and dried it before I put it on the bed and it came out looking just like when it went in. I have not noticed any difference in sleeping temperature since I put it on.

12 years after purchasing and we are purchasing a 2nd one. 1st one is in great shape except where my husband drools when he falls asleep with hard candy in his mouth. Rest of mattress pad looks great still. It's very comfortable and stays in place. The top is thick and comfortable, sides thin, stretchy and have held up well over the years. Was glad to see we could purchase the same one again.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this mattress pad. By way of background, I wanted a regular mattress pad. Not a waterproof pad. Not a barrier pad. Just a regular mattress pad. What I discovered is that finding a decent, regular mattress pad is not as easy as it should be. And the ones I found (prior to this one) seemed way too expensive for what they were. Then I saw this one on Amazon, and for a reasonable price ($29.99 for the King), and decided to take a chance. I am very glad that I did. This is a great mattress pad. We love it. It has nice deep pockets, so there is no trouble affixing it to the bed. The surface is soft and plush, and doesn't feel synthetic. It feels cottony soft. I'm not sure that I would say that it is a "down alternative," but I don't really care because it feels great. Before putting it on the bed for the first time, we washed and dried it (in machines) and it came out exactly as it had gone in. No change. (I mention this because, from what I've read, some mattress pads don't hold up well in the heat of a dryer.) Overall, I would recommend this mattress pad highly. Even at a higher price, it would still be a good deal, so at $29.99 it feels almost like a steal (compared to everything else that's out there).

I bought this mattress pad after reading plenty of Amazon reviews on different mattress pads and mattress pillow tops. All I wanted was a no-nonsense, high-quality, down-soft, easily-washable, sturdy but not super-thick mattress pad for the protection of two new mattresses (a Queen and a Full size). This product is spot on. It arrived as promised from the shipper. As other reviewers mentioned, it has a heavy plastic smell on it from the manufacturer packaging. So I immediately threw these babies into my front-loader washer and dryer and they came out just as perfectly as they went it. They also fit the two mattress sizes as promised with snugness and without bunching. They made my already soft mattresses feel just a bit more softer and the stitching of the pads did not create any discomfort while laying on it, unlike other mattress pads I had read about. I've washed them both twice already, and they are still just as perfect as I received them. Overall, the price is reasonable and actually a steal for what you get. I highly recommend this product.

I don't have potty training kids or bed bugs, so I just needed a general purpose mattress pad for my new mattress. I have had mine for a few days and I am in love with it. The part that wraps around the mattress seems sturdy and has great elastic. I had no problem getting it around my mattress or with it staying in place. The top is soft, soft, soft. I feel like some other reviewers might be mistaking a mattress pad with a pillow top or mattress topper. This is a mattress pad and for being that, I think it adds a ton of softness. It looks soft in the picture and it feels just that soft on my bed. a little bit of filling (something down-like) and a satin-y top. The quality appears to be excellent and I would recommend this mattress pad. I'll be sure to update this review if something happens, but so far, so good!

Good product, soft and fitted. My son has the shortest 6" mattress with a 2" gel cover. I was trying to find something that would fit tightly enough around his short mattress to keep it tight. It had room for a much taller mattress but also kept ours together as tight as I would expect. Especially for the money spent, this pad is an excellent choice. I wanted to make sure he didn't feel any springs while sleeping, at the same time I didn't want to spend tons of money either.The gel pad we already had did a good job, but if you pushed down on it you could still feel a spring if you tried to. I tried to feel a spring after putting this pad on by pushing down on it and I couldn't anymore. It's soft, plush, and made well and I got exactly what I was looking for from it. Thank you for providing a good product for my budget.

This is the second one I've bought. Both are in perfect condition, I just needed a back up. I have a giant 300 ton memory foam brick as a bed and the brick gets hot quickly and frequently. I read that using a pad, such as this, would help with alleviating that heat. I had a down comforter as a pad initially, and it worked fine, but I trip over gravity every third step and am constantly spilling something. This was highly recommended when I was searching for a more appropriate pad and I love love love it. It's surprisingly really fluffy! Easily washable and dries quickly, the elastic is still in tact after regular washings. Know whats really cool? IT FOLDS EASILY. It's friggen magic! When I'm not using one of them I can actually fold the thing and it looks folded and not wadded up in a squoval shape with something heavy on top of it to keep it from crawling out of place. I love this thing. Best. Brick Pad. Ever.

I ordered this product blind, since there was no image provided by the seller or reviews to go by (mine is the first review and I am uploading images). Reading the description which said, "Wow! I thought it was real down... That's what our customers say on this one... Very soft & cushiony enough to add some extra comfort, while protecting your mattress of dust, dirt & dander," I was hoping for more, but I should have known better by the price alone. This was not even CLOSE to down in feel. It's like every other mattress pad you see for a similar price at Walmart or Kmart. It is SOFT, but not cushiony. It would protect your mattress to a degree from dust, dirt & dander if that is what you need it for. I personally wanted a little extra comfort for my bed. This pad did not provide it. Would I recommend this product to others? That depends. If you want an inexpensive pad to protect their mattress from everyday wear and tear, then this would fit the bill. It you want something closer to a pillow top, look somewhere else. You can't get that for $24.99. Because I have Amazon Prime, this shipped for free and I did not have to pay tax or drive to the store to buy it. That is a plus, but if I didn't have Amazon Prime, I would have had to buy something else that qualifies for Free Super Saver Shipping because this pad is off by ONE CENT from the $25.00 required. I think the seller thinks that price makes it look better, but I know it is SO frustrating having to buy some random picture frame or cheap jump drive because you want the free shipping. SELLER! Put the penny back on the price. I believe you would sell more.

You can tell that this mattress pad is very good quality. I bought a cheaper mattress pad a while ago and it had tears all over it within a month. With this one, it is still holding up and looks brand new several months later after a few washes as well! It really does make a difference for the comfort of your bed - it gives your bed a nice 'fluffy' feeling without being too bulky. I really like this mattress pad! I highly recommend.

It was what was expected, and the price was reasonable. Was comfortable, and would also be great used in a tent, or back of a van.

I am so happy with this mattress cover. You can tell that the quality is very good, the seams are strong and will last, and the overall stitching is tight. It fit my mattress perfectly, and has given me some added comfort while sleeping.
