Great product for applying to a bit of leather or wood to get a good finish on chisels and cutting gouges. Really polishes and gives a good edge when used properly.

I have always used Sharpel gear you always get a good shine. The size and weight are so durable for many different functions. I use mine for my collection of knives and swords they are decorative and I get a real value for money and they shine up brilliantly

Whilst I’ve not used this yet, the wax block is clearly high-quality and a good size for using with a standard strop. Packaging was robust and postage rapid. Recommended.

Got this to use on my knife strop and I am impressed with it so far. It applies very easily without needing to heat anything up and goes on nice and even. It works well and does a good job at keeping my blades shaving sharp would recommend.

Got this to help with my leather strop, but so far found it hard to rub onto the leather. Need to soften it with hair dryer or a light flame. I have found out since, that you need to have a bit of pressure to get it to load the leather. As this is my first foray into the stropping of blades, will persevere a bit longer and see in my technique needs to improve. Good size and value for the money. Harder to use than expected. The stuff that came with the strop applied easier.
