What’s the diameter of the largest hole please

The diameter for the larger hole is 12mm and 8mm for the smaller hole.

Can this be used for regular drawing pencils, or just make-up?

It may not be strong enough for colouring pencils, you may break the blade holder. It's perfect for make-up pencils.

Will this sharpen nyx jumbo pencils?

This sharpener has two blades in it, one for normal sized pencils and one a little larger. I’ve found it great with either aperture! I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. Maggie.

Will it work with pen lip liners

I would imagine it probably would if the circumference of the lip liner is same as regular eye pencil, although only tried it with eye pencil.
