Good heavy taper gage
As a fellow AWS CWI I find these very helpful on various projects Nuclear (Vogtle 3&4), Petrochemical (Ellie & Ella Platforms), Aerospace (Boeing Missile Silos), and heavy cyclic (SanFrancisco Oakland Bay Bridge). They work like a charm, they are heavy and priced reasonable. Fairly accurate. These are just some of the projects these tools have been approved for. Check out the attached photo.
