Despite slight modifications needed, installation was easy and lock was 100%
Loved the solid, secure feeling of this lock. Easy to figure out what to do, and didn't need to look up additional installation info off the web. Our mailbox is older than I am, so the design had changed slightly and I had to remove part of the provided pressure plate to make it fit, then sand that down and use a little epoxy to fill a gap from the old design. Despite that, very pleased with product and would recommend it without reservations.

Key get stuck-bad quality
This lock has not been keyed correctly and the build quality is not that good. Key always get stuck resulting in bending the key since you are struggling to open/close.

Works Great
My husband said it was easy to install. This is 100 times better than our old lock and seems like it will hold up well over time.

Lucky to get a counter clockwise lock
I got a counter clockwise lock the first time around. Swapped out an existing lock when I started having issues inserting the key. Changing it out took less than 5 minutes. As mentioned, make sure you save the pieces from an existing lock. Key mechanism is a little rough but at least I can be sure I can open my mailbox now.

Fit and Function is Perfect
I liked the fact this fit perfectly. Post installation adjustments were not required. Installation was smooth and the feature allowing for different door thicknesses is probably the most reassuring feature upon opening the package.

Keys get stuck in lock
Replacing my old lock with this one was super easy. Unfortunately, all the keys are super rough and keep getting stuck when I try to take them out after locking the mailbox. Planning to return this product.
