Why does it say batteries sold separately in the description?

I am not able to produce videos as my children think I am incompetent in that arena. At 85 years I can do some things ok. I have had 5 spinal surgeries and have extensive neuropathies and low mobility's so I needed a device to access my arboretum. The most appealing mobility unit was the Afiscooter S4 and I am very pleased with the build quality and performance to take me around my gardens and most of my 72 acres. Great machine!

How do you get replace ment tires or parts for this mobility vehicle?

There are companies that specialize in selling scooter parts such as tires or you can contact the dealer you purchased the scooter from.

Product discription says it comes with an integrated canopy, is doesn't show it in the photos of the scooter, does it come with it?

I was unaware prior to my purchase in Fall of 2020 of the canopy nor the availability of a 2 seat scooter.

Only 1 wheel drive

I found out after getting stuck on a hill that the S4 is only 1 wheel drive. My batteries failed and needed to be replaced after 300 miles. Now the headlight stopped working and the motor breaker keeps tripping. I've been waiting 4 months for the repairs. Both the company HQ and US rep are unresponsive. I'd recommend buying another brand.
