Excellent source of nourishment for my immune system. m
I was so weak after my knee replacement surgery. I had no appetite. After using it for nearly a weak, I felt my health restoring. I bought a second bottle. I don’t think that I would change it. I may add iron or something else. I take two every day over a month now.

Only Take One Per Day
This is a good supplement, but the amount of B vitamins contained in 3 capsules is way beyond what anybody needs. One per day is plenty. Taking 3 is unnecessary and will just waste your money.

I've been taken this vitamin and after few week i can feel the difference in my body , feel energetic, no sleepy, I have energy for do more thing after work also helps with keep a balance of a good feeding just keep taking the vitamins and the results will be great . recommended

WARNING: DO NOT TAKE THESE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
Overall, the vitams serve their purpose but the first day I took them I took 2 in the morning on an empty stomach and ended up projectile vomiting all over the floor then had stomach cramps for about 4 hours afterward. I have taken vitamins on an empty stomach before and this has never happened to me before. But just take my advice and PLEASE EAT SOMETHING BEFORE TAKING THESE.

Excellent vitamins, excellent price
No issues with these. Brand I previously used went out of business so I searched for something comparable. This is it-the nutrients and the dosage along with the price-right on point at half the cost of my former vitamins. Energy level is same, so no loss there. Good buy.

Did I experience any drastic changes since taking these? No. However, I've experienced no side effects either. I love all the vitamins that are packed into these little pills. I've been looking for a supplement like this, and keeping a healthy immune system is especially important with the current state of the world. Also, I appreciate that the capsules are vegetarian, so I don't have to worry about gelatin of any kind. I'm happy with this product and will gladly buy again.
