Crazy fast, I mean, for a 4 years old PC this machine is really quick. Booting time is faaaast! My Dell came well packaged, clean, with no visible scratches, and the Wireless/Bluetooth internal card was installed. The USB Wireless adapter was included as well because they don't guarantee that the internal card will be present. I didn't used the included mouse and keyboard, instead I used a Logitech wireless combo, and I plugged this mini PC to a Alienware 34 ultra wide monitor. My micro PC has three video connectors, two DPs and one HDMI. I am currently using the HDMI and everything works fine so far. The AC Adapter that was included in my package is not a Dell Charger (the advertisement says DELL CHARGER), it is the universal type that you can change the tips, so mine came with the appropriate Dell tip. Just to be clear I am reviewing the Dell Optiplex 7050 Micro Desktop (Core i7 6700T + 16 GB DDR4 RAM + 256 GB SSD). This is a very capable office computer, or a you can use it as a media server or as a HTPC. Very powerful for your money!

On December 5th we notified the seller that the unit was not functional and going into shutdown mode. His solution was for us to fix his faulty product. He did send us the part, however the machine again failed. Again he asked us to repair it, sending us a $20 credit to find our own part as he had none available, yet again the machine continued to go into shutdown mode. After several attempts to reach the seller both through the Amazon message center and the email provided on his customer profile page the seller never responded. I filed a claim against the seller. Amazon even gave him a 48hr time to respond to them in which he did not, I gave him an additional 48hrs, still no response so a refund was requested, he magically appeared and requested me drop the request and guess what AGAIN he wanted us to fix his faulty product. He then proceeded to tell Amazon he would replace the item not mentioning to them it was only the part he wanted to replace that we have already replaced 2Xs he wanted to send us... not and entire functioning unit. I appealed the claim as I felt he lied to Amazon to get them to drop the request. Then he appeals stating it is out of the return/refund window. IF HE HAD DONE THE RIGHT THING ON DECEMBER 5th it would not have been. He gives Amazon a tracking # around February 5th for the part he wants us to replace for a 3rd attempt and guess what it is now February 21st and the tracking shows it has not even shipped. He claims it is because he is moving offices...I am too and my customers are still my priority. I have again appealed the claim and hope the seller does what is morally and ethically right as a seller and just give us a refund so we can purchase a functioning unit.

I was almost discouraged from buying this from the few negative remarks but.... I found it to be complete with no missing components. The wifi and antenna were present and in working order. The power supply and jack were there and appropriate for this unit. It fired up first time and updated for bios and win10 right away. I've paired it with a 24 inch Acer display and it works perfectly for my needs. I suspect that it wouldn't run resource hungry games but the graphic card is more than adequate for my needs. It loads up quickly and programs run with no glitches. It's too old for Windows 11, but for as long as they support Windows 10, I'm happy with it. Recommended.

This exact product is on BestBuy for $1,399 and that was far out of my budget. With that money I’d probably just invest in a high quality gaming PC. This was right in my price range and arrived on the time stated. Everything was delivered in a very big box, they did a wonderful job securing the safety of all parts. Only flaw was the light emitting from the power button, it was a bit dim, nonetheless, everything else worked up to expectations. I did have a personal keyboard and mouse, I only bought this product for the CPU. Once you install you do need to update the processor and you’ll good to go. Definitely recommend buying this + a Samsung 27” widescreen.

So i work as a IT Director, i have built hundreds of desktops even Micro ITX. I wont say this product is completely perfect. However when taking to account that the CPU was thermal throttling really hard even when the computer was just idling temps were at 57 degree C. That may not seem entirely outlandish with a small desktop like this. However it can be concerning over a period of time. The Thermal paste was completely dry its really not hard to unscrew the cooler off and remove it and apply new paste. The two i bought work perfectly fine other than that. It came with a clean installation of windows 10 pro key was on there too. This system comes with a wifi antenna. Just be careful if you know what your doing i would advise making sure you put fresh thermal paste, if not ask someone you know or go to a pc shop to have them do it.

What an incredible machine with a great price point. Getting an i7 for 16GB RAM for under $200 is a sweet deal. The machine has a display and HDMI port, so be aware. This is ideal for an affordable spare machine to have in hand.

Seems to work great. The only downside is you can't get an extended warranty from Dell. Because the existing warranty has already run out. You must get the extent did warranty before. The first warranty has totally expired or within a short. thereafter, but being Dell. It's likely not to break
