These Mission tortilla strips are made with Lime-treated corn, salt and either cotton seed, corn, or palm oil. I don't particularly care for them. Unlike the Mission rounds and 'triangles' these chips are thick and the bag I'm currently crunching on taste pasty and not very corn-y. In fact, while they crunch, they lack that crispness you get with a really good chip. Thick chips might be okay for recipes, but I can't recommend them unless you plan to pile on some really zippy dip. Just au-naturel, this bag is bland.
