Well built but be aware.
For starters I want to point out that this appears pretty sturdy for a budget mill. I need to point out a few very important considerations to keep in mind before buying.I was hoping to use this with my 16" 60v Dewalt chainsaw with a true blade length a little over 15". This mill is labeled at 14"-24". Even at over 15" the blade will barely span the bar clamps without relocating the handle which can be done with a ltitle extra time but the is no instruction or mention of this and it puts your hand more in what would be considered a more hazardous location.Next issue I noticed is the bar on the Dewalt is thin and cannot be safely secured without modifying the saftey sheild bolt holes to allow a tighter clamping of the bar (see the picture included). This could be done with a file if needed to gain the extra 1/16-1/8" needed, but again more time is needed. Luckily I have an 18" gas saw that secures nicely.Third and most important. The clamp plates are 1-7/8" (also they don't line up perfectly on their own so you need more than 2" bar height). My saws, and most modern (at least homeowner model) saws only have a 2" tall bar. I was unable to line up the bar without a clamp plate contacting the chain which could be dangerous and will without question damage the chain and probably the bar as well. A little fine tuning with a grinder and things will work fine so this isn't a deal breaker for me but again, depending in your skills, tools and time I felt inclined to pass this information along. Also the assembly instructions are pathetic. But truth be told if you can't figure it out you probably shouldn't be using this in the 1st place.

Directions?
Instructions were very, very sub-par. Tool itself is just alright. It's big, it's clunky, and you need a decent size saw to run it. I used a 30" bar for this and still had to take the dog off to fit it how I needed. All in all, completely unable to get a plank cut. Wasted some money...

Good mill mount for the cost, but rather cheaply made (I got what I paid for)
This mill mount is working really will for the price, well but it is rather cheaply built. The reason I bring this up is:1. Due to it can hold a chainsaw with a guide bar that is longer than 40 inches, which means the guide bar is attached to one of the strongest motors available. You have to be careful to monitor the mill mount connectors to ensure it doesn't fall apart on you and lead to an injury. I honestly do not know why the developer didn't incorporate large wing nuts to quickly allow the user to routinely quickly hand tighten the mounts while allowing the chain to cool down in the middle of a cut. This mount has often come loose and wobbly in the middle of a cut, so beware.2. The manual the developer provides is CRAP! It gives the poorest put together instructions I have ever seen; typical style instructions from cheap Chinese manufactures. It took over an hour to get as far as I did and I still think it is not properly put together. Be careful in putting this together in an environment that has nice things. It is large and cumbersome. I don't have a garage or a large workshop to put it together, so it was inside my house (with a modestly nice table and nice hardwood floors). It was like walking on eggshells to prevent my scratching anything up when putting this mill together.Summary: Good mill for the price, not great. Higher potential for injury. Terrible put together instructions.

Not really impressed with the design.
Not very easy to make adjustments to, if you're cutting thinner slabs, you can't get their wrench on the nuts to install or take out the chainsaw bar.
