Terrific support!
I am really happy with the BellyBra. I am 25 weeks and have lots of pelvic/lower belly pain from the weight of the baby. This product helps lift and support the belly, and I've definitely noticed a reduction in my pain. I am a bigger girl, 5'9 and 200 pounds, and surprisingly the medium is the perfect size for me. It does fit snugly, and that's where the support comes in. I normally never go without a good supportive bra (38DD) and I've been pleasantly surprised at how often I am wearing the Bellybra without a regular bra under it, at least around the house. I bought and returned the Blanqi support tank because it didn't offer firm enough support, and it was so much more expensive. I like that I don't feel jiggly in this product, and the band under the bust defines your belly from your chest, making a nicer shape. I was concerned because a lot of reviews complained about the neckline, but I haven't had any problem with it. I wear a normal maidenform bra normally and the neckline of the bellybra basically follows the shape of my bra. The back is narrower, more of a t-back, but it doesn't bother me, or show under most of my shirts. The lower back comes up higher than I would have liked, but I think that design is what offers the excellent belly support, so I'm fine with it. Overall, I'm really happy with this product and I would recommend it to anyone who is having pelvic pain or just feels jiggly and self concious during pregnancy.UPDATE: I'm now 33 weeks and still wearing the Bellybra every day. I honestly couldn't get through the day without it at this point, and I'm thrilled that I found such a fantastic support garment. I could probably take a size Large at this point but I'm still wearing the Medium and it's fine, just a little snugger around the hip than I'd like. My doctor has even commented on how supportive and comfortable it looks. I hand wash and hang mine and it looks brand new. Highly recommended!

Great product - highly recommended.
Fabulous product. I wasn't sure if a tank top would really be enough to provide the support I need, but I wear it every day and it's a life saver. You will still likely want to wear a bra underneath if you are wearing anying remotely form fitting, but there is plenty of room. I have sensitivity under my chest and I was worried about the top being uncomfortbale, and it's not an issue at all. It does ride up some in the back, but I don't care. Pulling it down a few times a day is worth the support it provides. As for sizing, I am a petite person (not pregnant - 5'2 and about 120lbs). With my first child, I gained 40 lbs (mostly belly) and I think a size medium would have been appropriate to get me through that pregnancy - start to finish (this also depends on how your belly feels, I do like the band around the bottom to be a little snug because i feel like it offers more support - it also helps hold up some of my pants!). This pregnancy I am expecting twins and at 25 weeks, I've already gained 35 lbs. I ordered a size large and I *think* it will last until the end. If I find it gets too small, I will update my review. If it helps - the symptoms that prompted me to buy this were a heaviness feeling in my belly and pretty strong pressure in my pelvis (that whole area) if I was moving around for any period of time. Every night I was pretty uncomfortable. I have a desk job and a toddler, and I wear this every day and it has significantly reduced if not mostly eliminated the pressure and heaviness feeling. If you have a more taxing job, etc. physically, you may want to consider this along with some other products (Bella Band, etc.) as it may not be enough for those really long days on your feet all day. But then again, would anything help after days like those?

Relief for back pain
I'm expecting twins and they are due at the end of the month. This Bellybra support tank fit exactly as expected and worked well for me all the way through my second trimester. Since I'm having twins I am much larger than a singleton mom, so I wasn't sure what would happen. It's not fitting any more at 35 weeks, but that's okay because none of my regular maternity clothes fit any more either. It did a great job of supporting the extra belly weight and helped me get through doing chores around the house without some of the back pain that I was experiencing prior to purchasing this one. I was able to wear a bra underneath and pass it off as a camisole under a sweater, but I mostly just used it underneath regular clothes. I have, in turn, recommended it to about 5 other friends who are pregnant, as well, and this makes a great garment that will stay in my possession until I'm sure I'm done having children. It is sturdily constructed and will hold up through a couple of pregnancies. I also purchased a maternity support belt from Cur-aid which worked very well, also, but this was better since I didn't have unsightly bumps under my clothes. So, I used the support belt when I was washing the tank top, but used the tank top mostly, and especially when I was going out of the house or seeing people.
