My wife and I have been using this cream on our children for 50 years. They are now having children, and we order it for them. Unbeatable when it comes to diaper changing, small scuffs and chafing.

I didn’t know what to expect. I saw an ad on Instagram that spoke of its healing properties, etc. I think the Instagram had was very deceptive. The tin that this came in is very good quality and durable. The material is very well processed and well done. Once I had it, I put it through a translator to understand what it is. It is basically the same product that you put on a baby that has diaper rash. Like Desitin. The cream is very silky and goes on very smooth. It is definitely some type of an oil product it would be a very good barrier for moisture. It will not dilute so this is a very white product and if for example, you were to put it on your forehead it is pure bright white until you wipe it off and then clean it off with soap and water. And that process must be thorough. So if you understand that about this product, this is a very helpful product. If I still have young children, I would prefer this over something that comes in a tube because it will survive getting knocked around in a drawer or in a diaper bag or that sort of thing.

Hands down the best cream for diaper rash. Adults can use it too!

Being diabetic, my skin has a tendency to dry out. This stuff keeps my feet and hands from drying out.

I grew up with this cream in Germany. My mother used it on me when I was a baby, and it stayed a part of my life afterward. I'm so glad I finally found it here in the USA, even though I had to order it, since it's not to be found anywhere locally. This cream is very thick and rich, so you don't need a lot when you apply it. In my opinion it's the best not only for baby's bottom, but for people of all ages who need to apply a healing cream to small wounds, scrapes, etc. It will soothe the skin almost immediately and encourage the healing process. It can be used openly or covered with a band aid. If you choose to use it on your face, use it very sparingly, since it is so thick. It will not disappear into your skin like a moisturizer does, and it's not meant to be used as a base under makeup.

This works on EVERYTHING! Every cut and scratch, including reducing scarring on surgical incisions!

Penaten cream is a great product for minor healing wounds and irritations. Better than Vaseline / Aquaphor type products. However this can had been out in the heat and melted. I only hope the heat altered the composition and effectiveness of the product itself.
