its so easy to take, dissolves un water with little to no taste, doesnt cause bloating or GI issues. I think it even improves skin appearance.

I use to buy the tub of this product, but I travel a lot so it was kind of a hassle. Both the tub & the packs work wonderful & I experience less bloat, feelings of “heaviness” when I take it consistently. I drink 1 scoop/pack twice per day & these are amazing to grab & mix into my drinks on the go morning or night!

REcommended by my surgeon. This product has not produced unwanted gas. It has probiotics and works well. I mix a scoop in my morning coffee and it does not alter the taste or texture. A great way to get the needed fiber in our diets. I'm on a subscription to make sure I don't run out.

Recommended by my nurse practitioner. Mixed well in water. Doesn’t seem to have any taste, which is great. It does have that little film left in your mouth but it is much better than others I have tried. My husband doesn’t notice that at all and says it’s in my head so take that for what it’s worth. Seems like it’s a good value for the money.

Heard great things about this product. I realized I can’t issue the restroom when I use this. I haven’t been using but have yet to try using half packet per day to see how that does. But dissolves real well into liquids and recipes

Great Fiber

I know this says it’s Monash approved but I cannot stomach this version of Sunfiber. I switched to this from the original thinking it would be better because of the probiotics. Day 1 I bloated so bad and hours later started having horrific stomach pains. I didn’t realize it was the fiber so I used it again on day 2. The same thing happened. So similar to my reaction to inulin/chicory root. I woke up in the middle of the night with diarrhea. I’m so upset and now I can’t return this.

I really like using this form of fiber, no taste and works great for me .my only issue was the box was crushed when I received it and one of the fiber packets ripped open.
