Which type of iron is in the pills (i.e. heme)? I have not found that on the label.

The Vitamin Code Healthy Blood is non-heme. Non-heme is the type of iron found in plants. Our Healthy Blood provides RAW, whole food iron that has been clinically shown to be gentle on the stomach and non-binding.
