Fitplus FP09 Fitness Tracker with Personal Dietitian (3 Month) and Personal Trainer Session

Band is quite accurate in measuring the steps, heart rate and sleep. Fitplus app syncs the data seamlessly and they give diet plan and online personal trainer session free if you call the customer care number. It has been a few days since I bought it and didn't need to charge it again after the first time. Overall, a very good buy at this price point.

I always wanted to order a fitness band and one of my friends recommended this one. So I've been using it for almost a week now and I think it's one of the best fitness band in the market.The order was delivered on time. Packaging was very good.After I opened the package, the brand box had everything which was mentioned in the website.I had to charge the band and once you wear it, the band starts it calculations.I downloaded the app and connected it to the band. It captures all the data in your band to the app.As I had a free diet plan, I contacted the customer service to get the information about it. They asked to me share the invoice and screenshot of the application.Jyoti from Fitplus called me to discuss about the diet and workout plan. She was polite and listened to my requirements. She prepared a very diet and workout plan. She kept an update on me about my diet and workout. Kudos to her!!!😊I gave a 4-star rating because I didn't get the Calling and Messaging option as mentioned in the website.Thanks Fitplus!

Using it since 1 month and here is my feedbackPros:1. Excellent support: I had problem in logging in. Contacted support number. They were available both on whats up and able to chat with them. They also called me as well and asked me to send screen shot. I used to get "Something went wrong (E01). Please try again" when I try to login/signin to account on App(OneFitPlus). They helped me to create login and also finally figured out that login/signin was not working with Wifi. It worked well with mobile data. After some days they took logs from my mobile app and able to suggest fix. I.e restarting my wifi router, I am able to connect/login to app using wifi as well.2. Diet plan: Dietician called and took all my details and suggested diet plan for my weight loss. Will be followed up every month on the progress.3. Charging lasts for almost 5 days.4. Provides proper steps(you can adjust step distance using app) and other readings.Cons:1. First time removing belts for charging is bit difficult and quite tight.2. Time can be set automatically for the first time only when you connect to the app(till then it is set to random value)3.Sometimes sync issues. You can reconnect or restart your mobile.4. App can be installed only on Android 8 and above. On user guide, its wrongly mentioned that its android 4 and above.

The fitness band stopped charging/working just after 7 months of use. The fitplus customer service refused to help me even when the product was in warranty. Later they blocked all my numbers.

Apart from clock, band is good..

This is an amazing product at this price. I found it mostly accurate as compared to Health app in iPhone. Chandrima Saha was my dietitian and she was very helpful. Checked regularly with me and made changes as and when required.I was able to achieve my target as per her instructions in just one month.Thank you!

Surprisingly came with free dietician and workout consultation. Had discussion with Dietician Shazia S who was patient in understanding my profile and suggested a diet plan to be followed

The tracker was ok for a month. But it just doesn't bind to my phone. So, I can't even set the time. What a waste!
