If your vehicle doesn't come with a rear camera, this is super perfect. I had my technician install it so I can't speak on level of ease to install but I can definitely say that this has been 100% reliable almost a year later of purchasing. Super clean video quality and once adjusted properly, very accurate. For night reversing, the lights along with the car's reverse light makes it super clear wha'ts going on behind the car.

Was time to upgrade. Had my old one for 2 cars and 25 years and the wiring just started to wear where it enters behind the license plate light (only available openings - not drilling), and the area was developing some rust from exposure. After making sure it wasn't the monitor, bought this one. Install was simple except where it has to run again behind the light. Repaired the rust area (sand/paint), replaced the gasket on the light housing, made a slightly larger hole on its side and applied silicone. For now it works, no friction, next spring, I'll make it better. Very nice reverse image, very sharp. Its a bit narrowed (the other had a wide view) but as long I can see what's behind me, its all good.

You get what you pay for, the camera is good for the price, comes with the wiring you need, if you are mechanically inclined then you’ll be fine, definitely recommend if you need a simple camera for an older car, my headunit had wires that made it easy for me, but if you have a monitor it will be easy install as well

In less than 8 months Camera lens full of moisture making image cloudy also one LED burned out and the others won’t shut off when car is backs in drive. I took the camera off and put it on my truck it does the same thing on my truck. When initially installed it worked fine.

First time applying a backup camera on a vehicle. The mounting and vision was highly recommended by others. They're absolutely correct. I purchased another for my other vehicle. Easy to install. The brightness is good. Camera is great . Worth the value and is durable

Perfect and easy to use. You can install it using your plates bolts so you don't have to worry about drilling holes.
